The hotel was clean and the breakfast was a great addition to my stay. It's not very close to anything like the beach or restaurants. Those are a good 15-20 mins walk. I toilet wasn't working properly. I ask the front desk if they could look into the next day...and it was never attended to.

On arrival, manager tried to prevent us from removing our luggage from the car we had stopped in the designated area in front of the hotel, citing an expected bus. After long discussion allowed us to take luggage from the car before moving off. No bus arrival for at least 15 minutes after we vacated the space. Pompous, rude, not what we would expect from Ibis!! Other staff, amenities, etc. we’re just fine.

Just a great location, good quality hotel very modern and nice people. Cannot complain all was very good.

Rooms were cold, bedding was tired, mattress was lumpy. The bathroom had mould around the edges and a damp smell. There is not even a kettle in the room. Very disappointed with this Ibis. The ones I have used in the U.K. have always been fine, but this one was definitely below expectations.

Absolutely amazing hotel. When travelling, I prefer to stay at chain hotels as they tend to be more reliable and safe. Hotel room was huge, toilet/ shower was a very good size and the check in was so easy. The lady spoke both French and English so made it a very easy process. Got breakfast included which was lovely. Short walk to the museum and Christmas market as well as the high streets and Dunkirk harbour. 10/10 recommend

The hotel staff were excellent. The chef on Thursday night cooked a wonderful entrecote meal, along with a plate of cheese for the 5 cyclists from England. First class service

Hotel was clean and the breakfast very good. However, on arrival we were told we should have booked parking. We parked on the road - which was free as we were there on a Friday night - but the booking requirement is still a mystery (I've checked the hotels.com advert - no mention of pre-booking)

Hotel was in a great central position. Looks like they are undertaking renovations currently. Has its own underground car park. Staff were great. Restaurant food was good and service excellent in the restaurant.

This hotel is fairly central between downtown and the beach. It is within 2 blocks of the port. There were not many restaurants opened during the May 1st holiday. The breakfast buffet is great - fresh and a lot to choose from. The bedding was clean and the room small but enough for one person. My room was on the street and I had no noise the 2 nights I was there. Staff was friendly and not pushy. I would stay here again.
