I like the cleanliness, friendly staff, location with the breath taking view.

Clean, quiet, gourmet food, beach and pools. All very nice and welcoming

The staff is amazing. The hotel is beautiful and the service is outstanding. Love the food. A few details could be better and newer such as the shower cortin and couch’s cushions. At the beach, sometimes strangers would use the hotel’s palapas and the guards would take long to prevent this to happen.

The hotel is gorgeous! Our room was beautiful and spacious, we had a balcony with great views and a hammock and our own pool! We didn’t want to leave!

Amazing property with top class amenities and staff

The property is certainly 5 star with amazing views of Tangolunda bay. Beach club was excellent and the service there was first class.

Small non all inclusive. Incredible view from room. Quiet, friendly attentive staff, great uncrowded pool/beach area. The pool sitting area needs updating and rooms are dated but ok. Great walking in area and close to 2 small towns for restaurants, souvenir shopping

Views, delicious breakfasts, beach services. Just slow service, need more staff, AC was not fully operational in our room. There are a lot of stairs, be prepared. However they do offer shuttles to beach.

The location is absolutely gorgeous with beautiful scenery and view of the ocean. I feel that there should be a little bit more care taken with cleaning the outside walkways and steps, etc. I would also like to see railings in the pool area. It is not an easy place for a senior citizen for walking. The staff was very friendly and tried their best to look after me with my special diet needs.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location, beach area, pool, and the excellent view of the bay. The staff was helpful and pleasant. Food was incosistent and overpriced. In terms of the facilities the wifi was nul in our room and in some of the public areas. Tv signal was intermitent and did not have any entertainment chanels in English besides news from CNN. The Hotel has seen its best glorious days and it is in serious need of repairs and renovations. Once upon at time you can imagine by the decor and design that this hotel was the place in town. Price wise the cost per night and food is not justifiable. However malgre some of the inconveniences wr really enjoyed the peace and the beauty of the surroundigs an our balcony. Now that we know what to expect we hope to visit again but with a different plan.

Proximity to the beach and the view from our suite was beautiful. We will definitely be back! We were pleasantly surprised with the quality of food in the restaurant. The traditional Oaxacan dishes were delicious and the lava cake was to die for. Quinta Real is like a boutique resort with very few people at the pool or beach ! The ocean was heavenly to swim in.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Quinta Real. The location, the rooms, ocean and pool are excellent. Very quiet and peaceful. The only negative would be that it definitely has reached the age where it needs some major refurbishment. Mostly the exterior areas. There is a lot of cracking in the sidewalks, rotting of planks and posts along the walk ways. For that reason the resort is a little overpriced. The restaurant was excellent but again overpriced. With the numerous restaurant options in Huatulco that have excellent food at half the price it is hard to justify eating at the hotel anymore than we did. We did have a very peaceful 8 nights on excellent beds and surrounded by beauty.

The property was beautiful but not being maintained. It was being run at bare minimum staff and service wasn’t consistent. The food was expensive and mediocre. I would not recommend.

The property is in a beautiful and quiet position with stunning views and access to a gorgeous beach for swimming.

Quiet and Pleasant

The staff tried to be helpful but couldn't really understand or get us what we needed. The restaurant was slow and they would forget things we ordered. Asking for a towel at the pool was ridiculous. Several times we'd ask for one in English and Spanish and two hours later still no towels. The only real people on the ball were the very awesome and helpful cleaning staff and nice gardeners
