Family trip for one week. Bit older property and service has been ok but sometimes mixed. Room was very nice got an upgrade. Food is average, better to go to the village. Pool is nice but no children facilities- still lots of families which is nice! Amazing view and nice trail in forest! Would recommend a car to be flexible.

Nice place but could you some paint and a little upgrade here and there. Pool area was nice but not big enough when everybody wanted to visit (I.e. in need of more sun beds). Not too impressed about all the staff members we met, but overall they were smiling and helpful

Great views, facilities and staff. Our room wasn’t ready at 4:30 and we waited until 7:00. They did upgrade our room for the inconvenience. Thank you Christina!

Stayed here as a family and really enjoyed the location and view. Surprisingly lots of families (about 30%) despite facilities not child nor disable friendly (challenging narrow steps to pool, no child play area). Only one restaurant open (due to Covid) and menu not changing (daily special limited variety). View of rooms south facing very good!

We stopped here as part of a 6 day driving tour of Toscano and Emilia-Romana. We stayed two nights toured Barga and Lucca. It was an amazing property with the best views of the local mountains and landscape. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Had a very good dinner one night at the hotel too

Great staff, excellent room, the only blemish was the room temperature which was too high and impossible to control. Room service was fast and courteous.

Attended for a wedding booked king size bed room and gave two single beds. Were rude and not accommodating at all, bar staff were rude and dated old hotel not worth the money spent.

This was a dream hotel. The ambiance was breathtaking! The staff were so unbelievably kind, helpful and funny! The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. There were some complementary snacks, water and wine. The facilities were great. There was a really nice and large gym, a great pool and excellent dining selections. We felt totally relaxed here and it was a great way to wind down our trip.

A lovely hotel in a beautiful setting, with incredible views. Food good too.

This was a short break for out pearl wedding anniversary . The staff were kind and helpful, they even left us a celebratory cake in our room! Spa facilities are wonderful and we generally had a brilliant few days! Definitely recommend a stay here!
