The staff were friendly and efficient. Our room was comfortable, clean and very big, for some reason we didn’t have a Nespresso machine but our son’s room did despite the rooms being the same. The swimming pool was lovely but the water heater had broken down so we didn’t get much use out of it but the sauna and steam room were much appreciated- really enjoyed it. The exterior is beautiful - helped by the peacocks around every corner. We are looking forward to returning to Pendley Manor.

Professional staff v helpful and polite. The room was average no lift to 2nd floor ,needed extra chair and as my wife said designed by a man i.e. no where to sit and put the war paint on !..v cold early morning no extra bedding ..good selection for breakfast.. driveway had more potholes than certain uk roads ..

The pool was cold for my entire stay with no information prior to my arrival, I would say the hotel is nice from the outside and the rooms are spacious.

Lots of attentive smiling staff, so well done on this. So much character. They have substantial conference and wedding capability so could be busy at times, was quiet whilw we were there. Superior bedroom excellent great space and other facilities good. Beautiful gardens, watch out for the 40 peacocks that live here! Breakfast delicious and restaurant food also good quality. Cost topish but not horrendously. Didnt use spa but they state a problem with water temp which is only 22 degrees apparently

I loved peacocks walking around the garden, very friendly and polite members of staff, tasty and fresh food. Only pool is too cool to swim when it's not summer months.

Water was cold for the showers

Very friendly check in, beautiful surroundings and comfortable stay. Our granddaughter loved being able to feed the numerous peacocks with the free food provided at reception. Our only disappointment was the pool was freezing. I think they were having problems at the time but we had booked our trip because of the pool and couldnt stand being in there for more than 10 minutes hopefully that will be sorted for future guests. Also the unisex changing rooms is a strange arrangement

Staff are super friendly, food was expensive, bar is small and beer was not good, but again staff were very good. Family room had 2 doubles, king size beds would have been a big plus given the high price.

Such a beautiful building. Didnt get a chance to take much of an advantage to the spa and pool but would definitely stay again. Hoping in May.

We had a wonderful stay at Pendley Manor for my husband's birthday. The hotel, its grounds and its facilities were wonderful. However, the best element of the stay was the excellent customer service. All of the staff were very polite, attentive and made our stay very special. The birthday card signed by the staff that was left in our room was a further lovely touch which we really appreciated. Also you have to love the amazing Peacock's who were truly the stars of the show!

Lovely, relaxing hotel with friendly staff and nice food. Our two small children loved the swimming pool and feeding the peacocks. The family room on the ground floor was nice and spacious.

Hotel staff were amazing. They make you feel so at ease. Was my daughter’s birthday and they all wrote in a card for her. And gave her a peacock teddy. They loved the pool and the games rooms. Even better toy can get peacock food from reception to feed them.
