Best place to stay in México cita, I being traveling a lot and after I use this place turned in to my favor place to stay, close to everything and their staff is extremely friendly.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Riazor! We traveled as a family with our four boys, and everything from start to finish was seamless. The hotel provided airport shuttle service both to and from the airport, which made our trip so much easier and stress-free. We were also able to do an early check-in for an additional fee, which was very helpful after traveling. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming—truly 10/10 service. They made us feel comfortable right away and were very accommodating throughout our stay. The hotel itself was very clean, which we really appreciated, especially traveling with kids. Overall, a great experience for our family. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Staff were excellent, very helpful and the shuttle to and from the airport a real bonus!

The property is excellent: very clean, spacious rooms, nice restaurant and coffee shop, with staff that were professional and kind. My only complaint is that I couldn't contact the property in advance to set up the airport shuttle, and that when I took it to the airport it runs only on the hour (not half hour) so I had to arrive very early for my flight. Not a major deal, but worth noting.

Antonio the van driver is EXCEPTIONAL! His professionalism is above par. He should be working front desk. Everytime i stay here he makes me feel like a special guest. He could teach front desk that.

I found it very convenient that there was an exclusive hotel counter at the airport where I could request the shuttle service. Even though I checked in very late, the staff treated me very kindly, which left a very good impression on me. I also used the room service; even though I placed my order late, they responded quickly, which I really appreciated. The food was delicious. From now on, this will be my regular hotel.

Nice, sadly we were not here for long. Free shuttle to and from the airport but far from the things you want to do and see. Spacious, clean, great bed and bathroom. I’d skip their breakfast and order à la carte.

The staff was all super kind and very attentive! The hotel was very clean and it is located close to the centro. I would definitly stay here again, its amazing!!!

Clean rooms, amenities, soundproof

Amazing staff. From the front desk to the restaurant and the cleaning staff. Airport shuttle is a lifesaver. Plus the courtesy calls to make sure we don’t miss our flight. I will continue to stay here for many more future trips.

Jr suite w/2 rooms was excellent for myself, son and grandson. From desk to waitstaff everyone was very accomadating. Food was good and plentiful in both restraunts and no extra charge for room service. Pool was nice but several stairs to reach it.

Excellent hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful, rooms were very clean, and restaurant food was good. Would return.
