The property was fine but the rooms were quite disappointing. It looks like NH just took over, put in some new mattresses and started selling rooms. Don’t know if it was just the set of rooms we were in for rate but the challenges seen:
Extra lock on door did not work, mold behind bathroom door, walls in bathroom (specifically) and bedroom area have not been cleaned in a very long time (don’t look beyond your immediate view), initial towels not fully white, bedroom floors were in terrible shape… could see major divets and drag marked of beds / other furniture.. All unit doors needed a slam, water from toilets around floors not quite, ..
Front desk staff courteous.
Once asleep it was fine. Would not return or recommend brand or specific hotel. Work in hotel industry and surprisingly was disappointed with even basic expectations.
