Pretty overpriced for a property that you have to back out to turn around in the bathroom.

The property backs onto an active railroad track. This can be very noisey. So noisey that the hotel provides ear plugs. I was unaware of this at the time of booking.

Only setback was you had to go to the other property to enjoy the pool.

We were warned about the noisy train but did not hear it. It was a good sleep.

Excellent. Near downtown and stunning views from the room of the lake and mountain. Beds are comfortable, clean and people were very helpful. Would definitely go again. I found this hotel via Expedia and didn't see it on my initial browser search. They do give you earplugs for the one train that passed through the town at night, but definitely not necessary for us. Very thoughtful and a fantastic experience overall.

Great room and hotel. Very small almost motel feel, but extraordinarily clean very updated great staff. I will absolutely stay there again I think this is a very good chain

They upgraded our room to face the lake. The premise is right by the train track and my husband is a train fanatic, so he just absolutely love this place!

It was ok…close to the mall. The room was tiny and did not have a table or a desk to work at.

The front desk woman, Christine, was very gracious and accommodating. This hotel, however, is located on a train track and a busy road that goes into a commercial shopping center. It has great views of the lake and mountains, but if you are a light sleeper, this hotel is definitely not for you. There is also another same named hotel on the lake, which is a very expensive hotel so don’t confuse the two.

I wish I could stay again their whenever I will Visit. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Convenient, tidy, welcoming

A nice place to rest for the night. Train was a little jump scare in the night but that was the only downside.
