Even with a number of fine motels at EVERY exit in North Charleston, the Residence Inn has very good points of its own. I'd vote for the full-size refrigerator, among others, and this establishment has many good parts of its own, as well. Good place!

Easy access to the airport, shopping, dining options and highways into downtown Charleston or surrounding islands.

Walking distance to restaurants. Room was very clean.

The booked room type was not available, customer service did a great job and got it corrected.Other than that the staff was nice and helpful. Hotel was great, clean and quiet.

It was and awesome place to stay

The staff and the cleaning of our room was excellent, if we ever come back i definitely will consider staying here again. The breakfast was simply delicious.

Everything was really nice

The problem concerned the shuttle. It was impossible to get them on the phone and it never came. However, the hotel gave me consideration and made my stay very pleasant.

Very nice stay for our Charleston trip. The room was never serviced during the 4 days but if we had wanted it done I’m sure it would have. The staff was over-the-top friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and nicely appointed. We even recommended it to a couple we met at the tennis tournament

This property is in a great location and it is clean and well taken care of. What really makes this place special, however, is the staff. They were great!

Even if you eat out, it's nice to be able to make a snack at your hotel room. A kitchenette is fantastic.

I didn't like Room 240. The AC unit and ice maker were extremely noisy. The water in the shower was much too hot, hard to adjust. The burners in the kitchen appeared to be damaged Did not use. The breakfast area, where food items were, was too small and hard in which to move around. It was too clustered. TJ was an extremely nice person. I WAS GLAD TO SEE SOMEONE WITH CHALLENGES WORKING AT THE FACILITY. GOOD JOB!!!

The place was absolutely beautiful and very clean I would recommend to my family and friends. I only have one complaint about the room the iron and the ironing board was not that great but over all I enjoyed my stay.

For the price the hotel was good. Rooms were clean. The staff was very friendly helpful and pleasing to talk to.

Layout was a bit confusing. But other size great.

Staff were friendly and attentive, room was clean and functionally on point. Would recommend this property.
