Lovely place close to restaurants nice clean room and nice helping stuff.

Love the location and the room was good size will definitely recommend and will stay again if you come with a car make sure they have space available. there is only 22 car spaces.

The hotel has very good location, room was clean and comfortable.

Good location, walkable to old town, lots of restaurants around. Property is in need of renovation and updating. Everything is falling apart, from the locks and doors to the furniture and shower head. Bathroom mouldy and small. Everything is below basic, towels, bedding and breakfast. Even the toilet paper will not be replaced until the last square is used.

Friendly, helpful, polite staffs. Few minutes walk to the tram station, which takes you to the airport! Merci 🇫🇷

The hotel was great with a short walk to the old town. The room was clean and spacious. Bathroom was fine. Front staff were very helpful and extremely approachable. Parking is tight and suited for smaller cars but we got our Ford Kuga in. Location was very quiet. Breakfast had a lot of options.

The shower leaked everytime someone took a shower.. resulting in wet clothes the first shower and very wet towels afterwards. Otherwise the staff were friendly, the breakfast was good and the location was good.

Location is super because it is near Port Lympa (400m walk with elevator) which takes you to airport direct. In the other direction is the old town (10 min walk). Food can be expensive in Nice but just round the corner are decent cheaper and good stuff. Supermarket is 200m. Breakfast is good. Room is barebones almost like a dorm. We stayed in triple room which is size of standard room. But room works and quiet enough. My backup choice if I return.

Hotel is in a great location. Central aircon meant room was quite hot and couldn’t turn it down. Shower could have been cleaner. Beds were super comfy. Great on a budget and for 2 people for a long weekend

Location is spot on for everything Hotel is clean spacious and staff very helpful and friendly Would stay again but would request a room higher than level 2 as noisy close street level but wouldn’t stop me coming here again

This property is very “bare bones” as far as the rooms go. They are small but adequate but without any amenities. Check in was quick and easy. We forgot our adapter for my husband’s C-Pap machine and they didn’t have a US adapter which was disappointing. Location is very convenient to the Old Port and the Old Town. There are lots of bars and restaurants just around the corner. The included breakfasts were god. We would stay there again for an overnight now knowing what to expect.
