Needs to say that you have to pay a deposit with a credit card, which we didn’t have, so had to put a big deposit on our Visa card, which could then affect peoples trip

Great property, so convenient, very close to convention center and walkable to port. Breakfast included was a plus. Super spacious rooms and very clean. I would come again.

Location was fantastic as it was next door to our venue.

We like the kitchenette and the layout of the space.

Great overall. Nice comp breakfast as well.

The only issue we had was the noise on the street at night. You could hear the party crowd and music late into the night!

First two nights we were cold room temp wouldn’t go above 66f , second night it wouldn’t go above 18 . Breakfast was good ,just need to have someone there to keep things freshened up , the music is loud and Road noise is crazy in the area .. but location is great , rooms size is great,

Underground parking was limited especially if you drive anything larger than car as many spots were taken up by construction materials and random furniture from the hotel. Other than that, my stay was great 👍

Warm breakfast, clean rooms and courteous staff.

The spot was nice, you can go out and shop nearly stores. One thing i didn’t like is the bathroom, i booked for 2 beds room, and i am disappointed. I was thought that were having a nice bathroom, we had accessibility, that was hard for us to used it there’s not to much divider to put stuffs like using when showering, the floor is old, no floor divider for water to come in the toilet bowl.

L’hôtel est idéalement situé pour explorer le centre ville et le water front à pied. En revanche, il est mensonger de signaler une piscine car l’hôtel n’en dispose pas! Il s’agit en fait d’un accès à la piscine d’un autre hôtel situé à 5min à pied! De plus, la salle du petit déjeuner est vraiment trop petite pour la taille de l’hôtel et nous avons dû attendre avant d’avoir une place pour manger. Le petit déjeuner est correct. Le staff est efficace, gentil et arrangeant. la chambre était spacieuse et propre.
