รอเข้าไปเช็คอินนานมากกกกกกก แบบนานมากจริงๆ แล้วจองไปเป็นเตียงเดี่ยว ได้มาเป็นเตียงคู่ แล้วเตียงคู่มันเป็นล้อลื่นมากๆ เรานอนพลิกนิดพลิกหน่อยก็เคลื่อนไปเคลื่อนมา it’s was very long check in process than I expected so I was waiting at front desk to check in like almost 1 hour and I don’t understand why having only one receptionist at front desk and either the bed that I need supposed to be 1 King Bed but I give me twin bed and said they have only 1 room left that similar price rate so I was very disappointed that they wasn’t taking care as much as should be so I do not recommend to stay here for have good time cuz this is more optional other near hotel that have same price rate.👎👎

The receptionist gave good advice. The room is spacious, clean, on the road.

In terms of price and what I get, it 's not appropriate for me. The mattress is too hard and the bed sways back and forth, causing it to be unstable. The employees appeared unprofessional.

Nice place to stay. The hotel is located in a great area and easily connect to the BTS.

The rooms are quite large and comfortable, close to a well-maintained road suitable for young people who love shopping.

Specifically request for a double bed during booking for a one bed room suite, but was given twin beds instead. No air-conditioning in the corridor, only in the reception area. Unreliable hot water supply in the bathroom. No view even at 22nd floor, the hotel is surrounded by the taller buildings.

The location of this hotel is great. Check in is very fast and convenient. Corridor are quite uncomfortable but I don't mind. Room is clean and lovely but bed on wheels is a bad things. Car park is complicate and very tiny.

The room was really nice and large. The breakfast was good. We had a pleasant stay at the Duchess.

Check-in was easy and very friendly. Complete and good facilities. If you get a fortune, you can rhyme the family here.
