Modern, clean hotel with a small pool and attached chain restaurant. Bizarrely our son was allocated the room with the king sized bed and we were given a small double. We didn't discover this until the next morning. Breakfast was disappointing

The hotel and rooms were very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the pool area which was well kept and had plenty of seating. The breakfast was really good with a lot of options. Right next door is Fridays and there is an Italian restaurant across the street. There is also a pharmacy across the street. Easy and quick access to things if you don’t have a car.

Loved it all! Will not stay close to the entrance... the ringing of the doorbell bell kept us awake... Will request a room in the back or if you eliminate that door ring, it would be a major improvement for those of us who travel from far away and need to sleep.

The room was incredible, the staf all great, and the breakfast was delicious. Can't ask for much more.

We stayed for 6 nights. The swimming pool is located in the center of the building in an open air space (no roof) with the doors to the rooms opening to the pool area on all the floors. The reason we only gave it 3 stars is everyday in the afternoon they would play music for the pool area that if you were in your room you could easily hear. The last night we were there several young girls were loudly talking and laughing until 3:30 - 4:00 in the morning. It seems no one polices the pool area and there are no restrictions on noise levels and how it effects guests.

Clean, nice staff and walking distance to restaurants. Hotel is dated and air conditioner in the room was very noisy.

This review is for the suite. It is super clean. Ample and comfortable. Bedding and towels are top quality. Hot water is hot and AC is cold. Good water pressure. The small kitchen with microwave, fridge and table is so convenient Just one small details, on this last visit, the bedding smelled a bit clean. Maybe they used too much detergent. Rooms 203 and 206 I highly recommend

We stayed three nights in this hotel. Overall this hotel is nice, clean and quite good value. The included breakfast is good. It is located in the heart of El Dorado with many restaurants, supermarkets and shops close to the hotel. El Dorado is considered to be a safe area in Panama City with a very large Chinese community. The hotel is quite close to the Panama Canal and the old town. It costed about USD 5-8 to take a taxi or UBER from the hotel to the old town.

Good location and friendly staff. Breakfast was nice. Unfortunately, the room and bathroom weren’t very clean, and the shower floor had a lot of hair. Could improve housekeeping.

I first must say the room was clean & so was the property and the staff is wonderful. I had a problem with the noise. The pool is supposed to be open 8 to 8. Well there were people out there to way past midnight and then I heard people at 1 or 2 laughing and making all sorts of noise. It was tough not to go and complain. I probably should have. The doors are older, and they are not sealed all the way so you can see the light and because of this, you can hear all the noise which echoes up from the pool & courtyard. Since I have stayed in other hotels in Panama City, the breakfast was OK, not great. Mainly because of the noise I would not stay there again.

We were disappointed with our stay! The fan in the bathroom above us was left on for hours and was so loud we had to shut our bathroom door. They advertise airport shuttle and they don’t have an airport shuttle, they call a taxi for you and it’s $30 USD. Our coffee maker wasn’t working and the breakfast dining room didn’t offer paper cups to take your coffee to your room!

The room was clean staff was friendly and was able to accommodate English speakers. The AC was great pool was refreshing. The only complaint I had was a weak wifi connection in the rooms. I would suggest repeater or a second wifi in the back of the building. The breakfast area has been modernized and was a nice change since last visit. The food is always fresh and tasty and has many options for varied pallettes.
