Amazing place

location was perfect! for a motel it was better than i expected and for the price it was worth it! the parking was a little tricky but not a big deal! there is a shopping center right across the street and there is a mexican bar that is delicious

John (hotel manager) and other staff horrible to work with. Will never stay here again and had high hopes for this place. Very unprofessional and pricing changed at last minute. Very disappointed

While the room looked like it had been update, the room wasn’t very clean. I walked barefoot in the room and the bottom of my feet were black. I didn’t even shower while there as I was concerned about the cleanliness.

Very nice. New, clean and a very good bed. Perfect with parking right outside the room.

Great place to stay if you really just need a place to sleep. This was not my first choice but it was still

I enjoyed my stay. The two bedroom suite was perfect because my friend reads at all hours. The mall is just across the street with shopping and restaurant options.

Central location Quick check in Clean/spacious room Parking can be tight but there is an open side street with extra space if you arrive late night.

Upstairs neighbor was very noisy so I couldn’t sleep properly of course this is out of the hotels control. Overall good area in Monterey not to far from everything. Good hotel.

Not far from Carmel by the sea and close to a shopping center in case you need anything from it . Staff very helpful

Overall very friendly staff. The bathroom the doesn’t have a hook for bath towels. The toilet wasn’t caulked, so at the right angle a little bit of water would leak. No bags in the trash cans.

Love the flowers

Shower was broken and was told it would be fixed by the time we returned from the marathon, but the guy didn’t show up to fix it. The manager tried to fix it but totally broke it. Had to change rooms without compensation. No bedside reading lights. Washcloths had holes in them. No blackout shades and shutters let light in all night from outside. Extremely expensive for what you get…motel 6 quality hotel

Great stay only drawback was water pressure in the shower

The room was very nice and large, and seemed to have been recently renovated. Across the street from DelMonte shopping center, it’s equidistant between Carmel and Poppy Hills. Three senior guys with golf gear sleeping in the same room could be difficult but with the two king beds and sleeper sofa, it worked out fine (and we’re still friends).

Very impressed with the hotel. Really enjoyed our stay. Super clean!
