We were very pleasantly surprised by the breakfast options. Service was lovely. We wish we could have stayed longer

Close to downtown area. Walkable to beaches, farmers market on Thursday. Excellent coffee and breakfast. Friendly folks

This hotel was great for what we needed. Rooms were bigger than I probably thought they would be and were spotlessly clean. The free breakfast was good too , in a very small room but managed to get a good selection into a small space. Definitely worth a stay here if you are looking to stay in Carmel

Great location and a nice remodel. The only complaint is that they use an « industrial «  cleaner which has a very strong smell and makes the hotel feel cheaper than it is.

Great staff close to everything

I would absolutely stay here again! Fantastic location- walk to all the shopping, dining that Carmel has to offer. I struggle to sleep and found the bed and pillows (silly, right!) super comfortable. I very much appreciate that. The room decor and functionality was simple and clean. The one challenge we found was finding parking on Saturday evening. After that we were fine. Highly recommend- enjoy your stay!

One of the best managed properties I’ve ever seen. Room was immaculate and super comfortable. The breakfast exceeded my expectations and was very satisfying and well stocked. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was conveniently located near everything and was easily walkable. Love, love, loved this hotel.

The location is very convenient because it’s in the corner of Ocean & Torres St. it’s near the shopping area & the fairytale cottages. The staff also were very nice! My husband and I loved the breakfast.

The location was very convenient, close to downtown but the parking was challenging very minimal spots at the Inn. It is mainly street parking & could be several blocks away, very challenging & disappointing. We won’t be staying there again.

Clean room. Comfortable bed. The eggs and waffles at breakfast were tasty.

Nice motel for a reasonable price for the area, room slightly small and not too well insulated against light or noise but overall was very comfortable for an overnight stay. No comment on the breakfast as we did not have any. Just a short walk into town for a selection of restaurants.

Very limited parking. Close to center with shopping. Street noise kept us awake until it got late. Small bathroom with adequate shower but small space. Easy to hear neighbors/talking.

The staff was nice however, the other guests, one family in particular, were rude and loud. Half of the hotel was woken up this morning at 4 am by one of them banging and shouting at a door. I would not say the conditions were worth what I paid for two nights and suspect the hotel up charged because there’s a marathon in Big Sur this weekend. Overall all it was okay but not sure I would go back.
