Clean room, decent bed but pillows were terrible. Kids enjoyed pool both nights, we would stay again

Nice for a large budget hotel. Air conditioners need service for humidity, musty smell

It was very comfortable, relaxing. Breakfast was very good. Only thing is that you could not take the pool towel to the room so you will be cold leaving the pool to get back to the room but everything else was good

When we arrived, the lobby was filled with guest checking in. The staff were all hands on deck and handled the situation very professionally. Everything went smoothly! The room was very clean and the staff were accommodating when asking for more towels.

only thing i did not like about the property was not having the chain lock on the top of the doors. Even with the deadbolt the handle just unlocks it so it is not safe for kids who can just run and open the door and then they are out in the hallway in a second

Upon arrival, the room was not ready at the appropriate time. This hotel also appears to have purchased the hotel behind them, which they call building two so check-in was in building one and then one has to drive to a separate hotel for our room. This may seem to be trivial, until my spouse had already unloaded the car at building one while I was checking in.

Room was comfortable as was the bed. Separate sink and bath areas were nice. Beautiful wooded surroundings.

The front desk staff was incredible! They were the only reason we did not check out early. The hotel smelled and the indoor pool was horrible. The water was cloudy and thick it burned our skin from the excessive bleach. The entire bottom floor of the second building is being occupied by an Indian family. The smell from them cooking at dinner time was unbearable. During a busy breakfast we watched an Indian women that was assisting the normal breakfast staff shove the pam cooking spray into the face of a guest for not using it on the waffle iron. The milk at breakfast for coffee and cereal had to be shared by everyone. A gallon of 2% in the fridge and when it ran out it was not replaced. Never returning

The employee who checked us in was so friendly and helpful. Throughout our stay she was always very polite. Our room was great! Clean, comfortable bed.

We came for a little family getaway! This was a perfect hotel for the price! Both pools were nice and clean, the rooms were clean, the bathroom was pretty small but we made it work. I’d recommend this to anyone going with kiddos who love to swim and not looking for luxury
