W Montreal was an incredible stay. Centrally located within great restaurants, shopping & entertainment – our short stay in Montreal was elevated because of them. We took advantage of the concierge's recommendations for local places to eat and drink and we're quite impressed. Would definitely recommend!

Our room wasn’t ready at 4:30 so they upgraded us, which in theory is awesome but the room felt like a weird air BNB vs the king suite we had booked. The sink didn’t drain, the curtains were broken and the hallways literally stunk of the W scent. Shame, we like the hotel chain otherwise

The staff at the hotel were excellent, and they added to our experience. The hotel was very unique with some cool design features in the room. We also loved the large windows that allowed natural sunlight and an excellent view!

We had a nice time, and the room was great. The cleaning crew did not make up our room after the second night, which was disappointing. Also, I learned that because I booked through Expedia, the hotel would not honor my Bonvoy Status. That was also disappointing. Still, it is a nice hotel. We did enjoy the friendly service. It has a pretty solid gym too!

Great hotel and even better staff! It was in a great part of the city, walking distance to lots to eat and things to do.

A lot of discrepancies in what the hotel's front desk tells each time, they over charged our credit card as per their own info( they apologized and said a manager will look into it and get back to us) A day after they told us no, there is no mistake! That's what system charges differently depending on what credit card you use"! Which is a bit weird!?! Anyways, not very professional but thanks.

The room was perfect, clean, and comfortable. I was surprised how comfortable the bed was as well as normally hotel beds are not great

The front staff were very helpful with giving us some ideas on what to do on a rainy day. The little treats in our room was an added bonus.

W staff is great but Expedia won’t change the date you booked. So cost me nights stay and I never even got to step in the hotel. Not happy with Expedia you can’t reach anyone at customer service to help so I spent 400+ for nothing and all I wanted to do is transfer my stay to the next weekend.

Everything was terrific. The staff was warm and attentive. Hotel very clean and modern. Jasmin at the front desk went the extra mile to make our stay special. I would love to go back and stay there again!
