The hotel is in a wonderful location for a family holiday. Maynooth is a bustling town with plenty going on.The hotel swimming pool is lovely. The staff barely look at you. There's a great playground across the road from the hotel. We were disappointed with the kids club. The toys are broken or missing batteries and the activities weren't very engaging. The girls working at the kids club were very inexperienced and appeared bored. Trying to host a movie night by showing Jungle book on YouTube is less than adequate. The breakfast is wonderful, although the breakfast room spilled over into the bar and service was patchy. The restaurant is overpriced for what you get for dinner. However, there are an abundance of beautiful restaurants in Maynooth and a number of establishments delivering via Justeat. We're unlikely to stay here again as an enjoyable kids club is a priority for us.

This hotel is beautiful and all the staff we encountered on our weekend were absolutely lovely. I would definitely recommend and would hope to visit again!

Family trip to Kildare village and Dublin

Clean, comfortable, friendly and helpful staff. Delicious food in the bar, restaurant and Shoda market cafe.

This hotel and it’s facilities are lovely. We are a family of 4 and everyone had a fabulous sleep, swim and breakfast!

It was pretty good stay, but there were loud disturbances during the night, banging on our door which scared our 2 small children somewhat

I stayed in the glenroyal for one night. It was absolutely gorgeous! The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Staff at reception were very welcoming & supportive. Very quiet I would definitely recommend staying here

hotel was amazing we would definitely stay there again. very easy tonfind, plenty of parking. hotel was very clean and tindy and well presented. staff were amazing and friendly. pool and changing areas were also very clean great. all was family friendly. highly reccomend staying here.

Fire alarm went off twice during the night and the approach by the service was to dismiss it as unimportant without any consideration for the inconvenience caused to the guests.

Quick stop for a business meetings and spot on. The onsite facilities are excellent. Cafe etc. Will be back

Clean and modern hotel. Enjoyed the one night visit.

Staff were helpful & friendly. My family had a great time. Hotel was close to the train that we could catch to take to get to Dublin so we did not have to drive to down to down. Family had fun in the food. Food at breakfast & room service we excellent. Hotel had everything & was reasonably priced. Would stay there again.
