Breakfast was great, staff very helpful. Some construction but that was no inconvenience. Great place, would stay again.

We knew they were in the middle of a renovation, so expected some disarray. They kept the noise/mess to a minimum. The breakfast was great, staff was great. We weren't aware they had a $20 per night parking fee- just a cash grab in my opinion.

Perfect location, friendly staff... Renovations were a bit disruptive. Beds not as comfortable as I would expect. Would recommend asking for higher floor.

The hotel was under renovation so that meant a lot of dust and smell all around in the hotel. I was hoping the room would be dust or smell free, but that wasn't the case. Secondly, I was given a room which was quite small and the bed was not comfortable either. I usually stay in this hotel when i travel for work and I have got much better rooms in the past, but this time the room was a disaster. The view from the window was of a dumpster can. Also, all night there was light from the lobyy which passed through the sides of the door and came through in the room, made it hard for me to sleep for even an hour all night. Its been two days since my return and I have picked up a dust allergy. Not sure how long their renos will go long, but also the room layouts and designs are very old and everything needs an upgrade. Not staying here again ever.

It’s a great little hotel in a wonderful location. Very nice breakfast. Due to ongoing construction work there was some dirt and dust in the hallways. The work never continued overnight so it was always quiet after 6pm. We could not make our Kuerig coffee maker work. Overall we had a very good stay.

Situated next to the Parliment Buildings it is Walking distance to everthing downtown Victoria. The Breakfast is excellent

Normally a very nice hotel but currently under renovation. Expedia did not show this when we booked which made for an uncomfortable stay. The hotel manager gave us good consideration and arranged for a refund. Great location for walking and sightseeing.

Great location in the Harbour area. Steps away from many tourist attractions but very quiet location.

Staff very friendly. The dining area was under construction where breakfast was supposed to be so we got vouchers for the restaurant next door. It was amazing.

Customer service very good and accommodating. Gave us an upgrade to a suite which was amazing. Breakfast was great.
