Rosa at checkin was very nice, friendly, helpful and efficient. And a great smile!

The area is at a very good location. The staff that check us in was very nice. The only thing that we did not like was that our room was by the door to go outside and we where not able to sleep good because people would go in and out a lot but other then that everything was very very nice. We would stay there again.

Nice property. A bit tough to turn into. Rooms are nice. Sime hooks/hangers in the bathroom would help. Sorry to sound petty ; but it was annoying to walk from room to room to get ready. AC was loud. Staff was great.

The room was nice, the hotel staff were nice. The problem is that the bathroom is kind of dark. They have one of those built-in mirrors with a surrounding light and for the 2nd time in 3 stays, the mirror surround light did not work. Even if it did work it barely throws off sufficient light. They need to replace these stupid surround lights.

The hotel is convenient for traveling to Lakeland, Haines City and Avon Park so we could visit family.

Comfy beds, good food, amazing staff, helpful staff. Very clean hotel

Light in bathroom not bright enough

Room was clean. Breakfast was fresh fully stock. The area at night was very busy.

Immediate area is suspect. Old bathrooms made them seem dirty Won’t be staying here again

Clean is just an older hotel

Only one thing: breakfast hours should be extended at least by half an hour

Severe potholes at entrance of property insufficient signage at entry road!!! Could cause major accidents!
