Staff were great and so was the room

The restaurant, managed to give me food poisoning.

Short stay 1 night before heading off on holiday fabulous hotel very clean efficient and friendly would definitely recommend

Hotel nice, food prices very high, pillows poor, bed too hard. Only stayed one night to be near airport for early flight.

Rooms felt tired and breakfast was cold , stayed years ago and had a much better experience

It was incredibly close to the airports arrivals section.Barely took me 5 mins to walk to the hotel, exactly what i wanted!

Comfortable hotel when travelling from Stansted

Reception guy was grumpy, no smiling or welcome etc. Tv in room 1124 kept cutting out, sometimes just no picture just sound , sometimes cuts out altogether, quite annoying! Lots of fluff on the bed . Other than this all was good .

The cleanliness was quite terrible. The cleaning had been done ok, but the carpet was stained and awful. Also the bath wasn't in a great state. Desperately needs refurbishing. Great location of airport and good breakfast. Staff are friendly.

Rooms a bit tired but very comfortable. I stayed in a room overlooking atrium but cannot understand why there were no blackout curtains in the room, only voil ones. Light came through the windows all night!

Very nice stay. The facilities are great! The best gym I've seen in a hotel with plenty to get a full body workout. The wellness area is also worth a visit with a decent pool, sauna and steam room to help relax before or after a fight. The only annoying thing was the staff. They are pretty rude and abrupt. I will definitely come back and tell them to put a smile on their faces :)

Hotel is OK, nice reception and bar area and an enjoyable breakfast with lots of choice. Better signage needed from the airport. It would be nice to have some complimentary water in the room. The hotel exterior including covered walkway is shabby and needs a good clean and a lick of paint. Most irritating was the melodramatically gushing email saying how excited they were at our impending arrival and how they were 'counting down the days' until we arrived - really??? It's one night in an airport hotel!!!!

Great for a one night stay before early flight

Hotel was nice, clean and staff friendly. However for us it was just too hot, throughout the hotel. Especially the rooms. We couldn't cool the room down which made are nights sleep horrible. We booked the hotel as we have a small child and a early flight so we thought we could have a good nights sleep and not have to wake her up mega early. But this wasn't the case, we didn't get hardly any sleep

Amazing property for a quick stay before catching a flight the next day!
