We are a family of three and love to travel around the world. We recently stayed at the Radisson Blu for one night as we were catching an early flight to Italy for our Easter break, and our experience was wonderful! Upon arrival, the friendly staff at the reception surprised us with a complimentary upgrade to a family room with two connecting rooms. This generous upgrade made our stay even more enjoyable and spacious. We had a very pleasant stay and are incredibly grateful for the thoughtful gesture from the staff. It truly set the tone for our holiday. We highly recommend the Radisson Blu for anyone looking for comfort and excellent service before their travels! The only suggestion would be to have the option to book parking when booking the room. This will be perfect for those travel with children.

I had a nice comfortable and quiet room so therefore a good nights sleep. The room could have been cleaner, bathroom mirrors were missed by cleaning staff also sticky ring marks on furniture. The bar service was good although a small glass of wine and a portion of fries in a basket (no plate offered or napkins) £17 thought rather pricey! Morning alarm call was prompt and helpful at 5am request. I did not use the spa facilities but I would choose to stay again and allow time to use the swimming pool and Sauna. Super convenient by such a short walk to departures.

The Radisson at Stansted Airport is a great hotel with very comfortable rooms and beds. For North American travelers looking for king size beds, ask for the "Super King bed" which aligns closer to North American king size dimensions. There is an on-site restaurant, though being an airport hotel, it's clearly optimized for business travelers coming in and out. We chose it specifically for its convenient rail access and good parking facilities. The rooms were well designed, room service was excellent, and the beds were comfortable. We would absolutely stay again as it easily meets the standards that Radisson sets for its hotels.

Nice hotel and very convenient for early morning flights.

Big hotel right next door to the airport, easy to access by foot, so it's a good option for early flights. However, there was a stuffy smell, a dirty towel in my room and blood stains on the curtains. The pool was warm but small (and therefore busy) for a large hotel and the showers were dirty (including a used sanitary pad on the floor) and there was no staff present when I was there. The sauna is a nice addition but it is small and luke warm. The fridge had been removed from the room.

£6 charge for being dropped off at the door is disgraceful. Runway view that cost more was actually a view of the aircon units and a parking stand. We have used this hotel several times but it has become a rip off. We wont use them again.

The hotel is of course extremely convenient for early morning flights but the parking is extortionate, the rooms pretty basic and the service in the restaurant was ridiculously slow. I didn’t feel this was particularly good value for money

Room was clean with various lighting options, quiet and my accessibility requests were honoured. Had difficulty screen casting, requires specific app such as mirroring or screen sharing. Dont association Radisson with restaurant as ive found all hotels, UK based, to be more of a dressed upp Toby Carvery. I would like to stay and dine here if the menu reflected the venue.

Convenient location for the airport, friendly staff and the bar and restaurant areas were great. However the rooms are quite dated and the air conditioning was ineffective, leading to a very hot uncomfortable room. Next time I will use a different airport hotel

Awesome but headboard ,corners and around floor next to the wall there was dust

I was given a key to a room that was already used. Front desk was lovely about changing it however, my new room had a stain on one part of the sheets. Not as clean as it used to be.

Close to terminal …. Only thing to like ….. Check in left me waiting while she helped a colleague empty bins …. DID NOT ACCEPT THE ENGLISH POUND IN CASH !!! NEVER KNOWN ANYTHING LIKE IT AS A HOTEL IN ENGLAND WOW …. WASNT ABLE TO DINE AS ONLY HAD CASH …..

Best hotel for early Stansted flights - very nice helpful staff especially in the bar and restaurant. The rooms and corridors are looking a bit worn and jaded.

I was staying here for a night before an early flight. Hotel seems quite shiny and new at first look, but room felt run down. Toilet was quite unclean when I got to the room, but the room was fine for a night. Restaurant wasn't good, obviously frozen and microwaved food at extortionate prices for what is was.

Great location fir one nights stay ahead of an early flight out of Stansted. Nice relaxing bar on ground floor too. Quick check in & friendly staff
