Stayed 3 nights, so was looking for something economical. It was definitely not fancy, but did the job. The property is aged and the air conditioner was very loud-at least it got nice and cold. Watch the pricing when you book. We had a family of 4 in a room with 2 queen beds. They charged me $60 for an “extra” person.

Nonexistent WiFi for all three days of our stay. I had requested lower floor room but was given a 3rd floor room with only stairs, no elevator. To get moved to lower floor, (no upgraded room) I was charged an additional fee. Room was clean, basic. Window unit a/c was very loud. Would not stay again.

Easy access to property… somewhat dated but very clean. Breakfast need to add fruit and maybe regular creamer for coffee not powder creamer. ALL staff very friendly and helpful. Would stay again. Nothing fancy but very clean and safe.

Staff was nice and room was clean and comfortable but was woken up at 2:00 am with a neighbor blaring music with so much base the walls were shaking. Tried to call the front desk 6 times with no answer then finally tried to call the room of the person making the noise 2 times with no answer. Finally turned off the music about 45 minutes later.

The front desk staff was nice, rooms clean, and delicious breakfast.

It was a good location

We have stayed at Seven Gables many times and breakfast is always hot and fresh, rooms clean and well kept and check in and check out is always easy.

I was pleasantly surprised. The room was spacious, clean I was offered a room with no stairs! The breakfast buffet was excellent and I left happy and content. However, the maids only cleaned my room after the first night, but it could be my fault since I don't leave the room until after noon. I had a great stay!

We enjoyed our first stay here and look forward to staying again. Rooms were clean and comfortable. I did not get a chance to use the pool but it appeared well kept. New owners, lovely couple, are involved and when we had a problem, they worked to get it resolved. Their customer service was much appreciated.

The beds were comfortable we requested to be in the back away from noises and we had our request honored it was very nice

Great stay! Very clean, front desk staff was very friendly and was able to check in early. Overall for price definitely worth it! And great location!

Hotel was pretty aged. Power out let faulty. All door enter from outside with stairs only on end with no elevator

The hotel is average, nothing special. Breakfast is typical high fat breakfast foods like biscuits and gravy and waffles. The coffee was watered down and the styrofoam cups provided were tiny. Bring your own cup. I paid for the hotel in advance but they charged me again when I checked in. I brought this to their attention when I was checking out while the charges were still pending and they said it would be taken care of, yet the double charge posted the next day. I called hotels.com and they said it would be 7-10 days before my refund would be issued. I do not recommend this hotel for that reason. Stay somewhere that won’t steal your money for a few weeks.

The room is nice. Bed is comfortable. Staff is nice and helpful.
