1st all inclusive i’ve been to. seemed like they had the basics down- drinks, snacks, towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, body lotion. solid place. the food was hit or miss, but I’m picky and have some sensory issues such as texture of things, so keep that in mind.
got my first professional massage ever and the lady got a knot out that i’ve been trying to get out for months in the 25 min service (extra, pay at checkout), it was exquisite.
staff is open to help with whatever was needed, and they did what they could. the servers at the buffet are kind
