The building is old.

Most of them were not friendly at all. They just looked miserable. This property is old and the kids area was very dirty. The food was good but very little selection.

This property was outdated. The service was average. The drinks were water with sugar! The shows were terrible! Everyone around was complaining about the place- saying that ever since the new management took over it’s a terrible place. I wouldn’t stay again! They refused to give us extras towels! The staff told me if I didn't like it…… go to a 4 diamond property!

Very clean and good pool area for kids. The first days i had bad service from bar tenders i never saw them again edgar and eduardo were great. Bad service in the deli no customer service skills there at all. The food is bad I had to go out to eat and to make reservations is a mess. 3.5/5 for me.

Property was clean and safe!

Property was clean, and in good condition. Staff was awesome! Food was ok. I am a pretty picky eater and was worried about it. But was pleasantly surprised. Staff went above and beyond to prepare a special welcome for my wife since it was our 25th anniversary. Thanks GR Solaris

The location was convenient and the view was wonderful. The staff was super-friendly and very helpful. The downside was the condition of the facilities, including the rooms. Definitely in need of some TLC. In addition, there were way too many pushy concierges. It was relentless. Overall, it was average to slightly above average. I did enjoy the food.

What makes this property is the staff! AMAZING!!! Very family oriented. Food was ok. Small beach front. Beautiful view! Was expecting noise from spring breakers, but didnt have too many. More families with kids. But what was disappointing, was the noise from construction of the building next door and the restaurant right next to the pool. Power tools running all day and one day they were pouring concrete which was very loud. Also throwing metal pipes out of tge building until 11 pm. Wish i would have known, would have booked a different resort.

I would give this hotel a 0. BAD staff, everyone who works there are just bad!!! They need more training and communication skills

A Nice Property. Clean and the staff are great. Drinks were not watered downed. This is a smaller resort like maybe half the size of most others resorts so you do not get the crowds. I would rate the food as a 3.7 out of 5. I would have liked to see more authentic Mexican options in the buffet. The hand made fresh pizza and buffet pool side was great and convenient. If you are looking for calm surf, this is not the place - fyi. There is no break for the waves, so expect a good exercise. But it is fun. If this is your first experience to an all-inclusive at a good rate and are not a total foody...Definately recommend.

Overall we like this property. Beach access and the size is great! We don’t love the massive resorts and this one is perfect! Our kids love to bounce between beach & pool.

Great location and great service

The staff is very friendly. They are hard working. The building seems to have been under water. you can smell the humidity all over. There is also a strong sewer smell i the hallways.

Close to airport

We would never return to this resort. The staff was so unprofessional and they threatened us and even threatened to call the police on us and have us arrested because we didn’t agree with their dress code and instead of telling us to go change they wanted to make it a bigger issue and call the police. The dress code rule we didn’t know about was that you cannot wear sandals to dinner. The manager was having a power battle and got a bunch of staff and the hotel security to come talk to us over us wearing sandals. The managers name is Maria escalante.

It would’ve been 5 stars straight across but they are doing some construction and remodel. 1 restaurant was erected by it. They will be through in a month or so.
