Close to Whitby Go-Station - which is very nice!!

Our bed was horrible...sank in the middle..should be tossed away.

Clean room and friendly staff

First time at a Residence Inn. Good accommodations and services

Hôtel very clean.

We stay here when visiting our grandchildren. We get a suite and the grandkids come to swim. They call it Nana’s cottage.

Friendly staff

Unfortunately we realized that room heating system was not functioning after we had retired for the night. Finding extra blankets allowed us to struggle through a very cold overnight. Very bad sleep! Front desk said we should have alerted them when discovered problem and they would have relocated us. Suggested to them that this would have been incredibly awkward given the attire we were in and the timing (after midnight). Thankfully Hotels.ca assisted us in dealing with Residence Inn who ended up contributing meaningless compensation BUT hotels.com provided more meaningful. While combined probably doesn’t offset the terrible night, we were okay with the resolution. Great hotel we visit often but sad that they were unable to reasonably deal with this on the spot at checkout. Thanks Hotels.ca!

Very easy parking and very nice rooms.

We loved our suite, it was very roomy and quiet. We used the hot-tub a lot and loved it. The only improvement we'd suggest, is to keep the breakfast food warm. Each day the food was cold.

This place was very clean. Staff was very friendly. I love that it’s pet friendly definitely my go to place now when I’m in the area with family.

Overall, we were happy with our stay here. The hotel was clean, staff were friendly, and the breakfast selection was complete. Location is easy access to the highway.

Spacious suite with all necessities. Super friendly staff. Good breakfast choices including hot and cold options.

At check in, we did not receive the room we booked as the facility did not do an uodate through Expedia. Hotel staff did not contact us during the week between booking and arrival to give us any options. We ended up having to be split into 2 rooms. The rooms were good but tge pool area was dirty and out of towels.

No internet the whole stay poor service at check in.. no communication

The wifi is out therefore we can’t call down, we can’t watch tv. This is unacceptable.
