kettle /tea coffee took 3 days to be put in room even asking at reception twice welcome pack was 2 days late and put in hot room through the day when i was out went off . was first put in room at back off hotel that was noisy had to pay 105 euros to move it was take it or leave it /

Staff are excellent, particularly the Bar Staff. Rooms always clean 👍

Good location for beach, restaurants and entertainment

The hotel was ok for the price we paid. It is stretching it to call it 4*. The hotel appearance is a bit dated. The concrete exterior doesn’t give you a feel good factor. Whilst the rooms are of a decent size they need modernising. We were B&B. The food in the restaurant was good. I’m glad we were not AI. The entertainment of the evening was outside at the front of the hotel which seemed strange. The Sun only gets to half the pool, but there is the roof top area that is a blessing in disguise. Checking in could have gone smoother with 3 visits to reception.Its ok having technology to open the door and the safe but it’s a nuisance when it doesn’t work. All in all the hotel was ok.

Reception staff on arrival were terrible unwelcoming & unhelpful. Tried to palm us off with an inferior room also Eventually we were given correct room. But was a struggle To make matters even worse we declined hotels offer to attend their Gala night immediately as we had prior engagement yet we were charged €300 which they refused to return Hotels.com stepped in and refunded us Many thanks to them

Great food & majority of staff . Couple of blokes with attitude behind the bar , cleaning staff great . My only gripe was being on the first floor above the bar & cleaning staff moving furniture at 7.30 am every day . Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend other than that . Would definitely go back

Excellent accomodation Staff amazing

Staff were excellent. Rooms were a decent size. Our sliding door lock was broken which meant opening amd closing it was a pain. And the shower screen seal was perished so after each shower the bathroom floor needed mopping. Great other than that.

Fix the toilet to the floor. Remove dirty plates in restaurant, Advise when checking how much noise the evening entertainment generates and when it will finish

Despite the size of this place, every inch was spotless, rooms were cleaned daily reception area had a team of cleaners every morning and the breakfast staff were very hospitable - pool areas and sun lounges were great, would book again

Hotel is in need of an update, its very 1980's.

Great pool and roof top However, Room decor a bit jaded. It would have been nice to have a kettle in the room, plus a complimentray bottle of water and a bin. Better information should be supplied on checking in regardig the meal options. Bar should accept cash.

Amazing experience. Great location and value for money. Spacious rooms. The food was very nice and tasty, with lot of options to choose from for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Would def recommend this place. The best thing about this hotel was that all the staff were quite friendly and nice, which made the whole experience amazing
