Very poor. The toilet didn’t flush from the first morning of a four night stay. Despite telling reception every day, the toilet still wasn’t fixed when checking out three days later. Had to use toilet on ground floor instead. No reply from hotel after complaint was made after check out either

Faltan más meseros en el restaurante, tardan en atender. el hotel es bueno.

Todo estuvo excelente, a excepción de la recepcionista que estaba de mal humor, pero fuera de eso todo bien

Very nice and quiet hotel, the only thing is the room was very humid and had a smell. Other than that it was a good stay!

Check in was easy. First room I got was not cleaned well and had trash left from previous people that started there. The second room they put me in was cleaner but it missing the seal around the window so more noise than normal was coming thru and made the room a little warmer due to the heat coming thru. Wi-Fi was terrible in the rooms. Air conditioning worked but due to heat coming thru the gaps in the window it never was able to cool down to what I set the thermostat to. If you find a good deal it's worth it but if you pay full price I wouldn't recommend.

This is a decent hotel and has the minimum amenities you would expect. The room was clean, but the common areas like the hallway and stairways were not as well maintained. The staff were friendly. The one restaurant adjacent to the lobby was alright. The pool was not really appealing. The hotel is located in an area of Monterrey that is not very active with things to do or places to see. You will need to get a taxi or Uber to go just about anywhere. If you are just looking for a place to stay that does not have much else going on, this could be the hotel you are looking for. If you expect a lot of amenities, I would recommend you look for something higher end.

This hotel is very quiet and peaceful. The room is comfortable. It’s great having a refrigerator and microwave.

El hotel esta bien, no de maravilla. Esta limpio. Pero el personal son muy buenos para cobrarte lo necesario pero a la hora de un reembolso t lo hacen demasiado dificil. No son de mas amable. El restaurante tampoco es de lo mas agradable. Los meseros podrian ser un poco mas amables. Tienen un menu pero no todo lo que esta ahi, lo tienen disponible.

Nothing special about the rooms. They are outdated. A/C makes weird noise and temperature not consistent. Also, did not get really hot water in the shower.

Overall was a good stay but the doble beds are very narrow for 2 people
