Needs a coffee maker in the room and another wait staff in the restaurant

Its ok for the price.

Las instalaciones están viejitas y se siente un ambiente de desorden en las mismas, el personal del restaurante muy sin ganas, las recamareras todo lo contrario muy amables.

this is a very Old Hotel, that needs to be updated. The check in was terrible .... came before 3pm, around 1pm, was told the room was not available, asked if early check in is available with a fee, told Yes, you have to ask as they are not going to offer you.... then I was given a room with people still in, have to come back to the reception area, and given another room with a broken A/C, called several times, maintenance person came to apparently fix the A/C, but still was not enough to cool the room. Asked to be move to another room. was told NO. The room had not washer towels nor hand towels, no hairdryer... asked for one, was told "let me see if we find one".... the cleaning lady came to make the beds only, no refills for shampoo/conditioner or soap. the mirrow was broken, the pieces were taped together. We were 3 families that came to celebrate my mom 100yrs and the hotel wasn't the way advertised on Expedia. Like people say, "you get what you pay for". I won't recommend this hotel. ☹☹☹

Un poco sucio

I made the reservation hours in advance. Expedia confirmed the reservation. When I try to check in I was told by Antaris hotel reception (armando/fernando) that the reservation was there but had not uploaded in the hotel’s system. I waited for nearly an hour before I got up and inquire what was going on. I drove hours and wanted to rest. It was past 10pm. The Antaris hotel was extremely dirty and there was a lot of noise. All the furniture at the lobby needs to be replaced. It is stained and it has an unpleasant smell. The room I was assigned smelled like sewer. I just wanted to rest so I sprayed some of my cologne in the air so I could mask the foul smell. Will never again stay here

Great place friendly employees

Everything was acceptable after they changed our room which had a toilet that didn’t flush, after that we had no problems

No hot water ,45 minutes waiting to check in ,one staff member (Reyna )very bad attitude

El baño mo funciona. Tampoco la secasora de pelo y el agua de ra regadera se tira y se iso un desastre mucha agua fuera de la regadera
