Staff was very friendly. The only issue we had was that there was no food service available, as stated online. It took a bit to even get coffee in the morning.

This could be a five star review. It just seems like to me that if they had better maintenence they would be better. The fire pit was "out of order" all I did to fix was use matches instead of the ignitor button that was missing a AA battery. Easy fixes like using the right hardware on the shower door instead of just using what you had.

Nice hotel and beautiful lobby. "Restaurant/bar" was more a snack bar. But drinks were good and food was ok.

For the price the hotel could have been better. First room we was given was a room that someone had already used. We had to wait downstairs for like 20 mins for them to get us other room. The elevator is scary- almost thought it was going to break down. I will not be back to this hotel. Booked a balcony but due to the room being dirty they down graded us to a handicap accessible room

Beautiful Hotel

Staff was nice and helpful. Room wasn’t as clean as I expected. I always choose a Courtyard Marriot and this room wasn’t as clean as I hoped. Stained carpet, stained curtains, shower needs work and room had fruit flies.

Solid hotel

Misleading information about proximity to hospital. Distance was not to actual hospital, but a clinic.

The property was very good. I would recommend it to others.

Great weekend stay visiting our son who’s in college at Albany State.

My stay was awesome. The staff was great.

Easy check-in/out with friendly staff. My room was okay for one night, but doubtful I will return. Weak shower pressure, digital clock needs replacing, bottom of curtains in room were filthy and the tv wasn’t hooked up properly. Good location. Thankful for Starbucks nearby as I left before the lobby was open for coffee.

Only really 2 negatives. Hotel lobby smelled of marijuana and on our king size bed was a queen size comforter. Kind of defeated the purpose of having a king size bed.

The customer service representative Khi was amazing!!! I’ll definitely return to this hotel on my next business trip!
