Water in our shower Rm 624 never got hot and water backed up in the sink

Clean, updated and comfy especially the bed. Just wish it had complimentary coffee other than the room mini brewer with nondairy creamer

The property and staff were top notch! We thoroughly enjoyed our one night stay.

The check in was late, waited for them to call me when room was ready, had to approach them a second time an hour later to find room ready. The light over the bedside table was out, the hot water for bath/shower was not consistent, the tv/internet was intermittent.

Always loved coming here and the room was very nice with a view , really nice fridge and the machines are pretty decent . I wish they were a little looser though . The Bistro was fantastic as usual as well as POM restaurant . The employees seem to be kinda rude though and need to work on their kindness ... you can tell they are not enjoying their job . The pool looks way better than it used to and we had such a great time in the sun and the heated pool. The spa looked a little murky so hopefully they got that taken care of . We will definitely be back for longer next time
