I was happy with the 6 night's stay; the only small issue they have no facility for storing luggage after checking out at 10am and your flight is not still late afternoon or evening. They advised a resort a few minutes up the street will store your luggage for a small fee of $4, otherwise a pleasant stay.

Good location close enough to walk to town or over to the beach. Secure complex and apartment was very clean and tidy. Kitchenware in room was ok. Frypan could do with replacing in that unit, and maybe at least 2 different sized frypans would be nice. Pool is small but heated, and spa was great. Reception not always attended, but easy enough to message or call. Shared laundry available @ $5 a wash or dry. We chose to pay for extra clean towels and room refresh cleans, which we were happy with. Bed was comfortable. Would recommend to others and stay again :)

The property was a great location. Easy walking to town. The only negative was the lack of hot water. Shower was only just warm. Otherwise a great place to stay.

Great place in a great area of Byron bay - near the main attractions but away from the noise at night. Safe and self contained!

Nice property (although the rooms were a little tired, could do with a little refresh), very comfy beds, nice pool area. Great location for walking to town. Nice and spacious too.

Josh the manager(I believe) was excellent to deal with. We had a minor hiccup with our booking and he dealt with it professionally and quickly. Th3 room was very nice and within walking distance to the town. Highly recommend!

Great location, clean room, great pool and spa

The place is great. 2 great bedrooms. The oool is nice and the underground gated paring - a rare find in such amazing location. All this gets 5 out of 5. Yet - checkout at 10 am - the earliest I have ever seen ( platinum in all apps so travel a lot ). And second - it was Christmas Eve - so no one was from the stuff but a fri k resident was knocking on the doors from 3 am till 7 am and we couldn’t take a sleep. Not the hotels fault. But did damage our experience. I would say if they had a better flex on checkout I would give a 5

Great staff and location Neat accommodation

The picture on the booking sight was not the same as the apartment we were staying in. Totally different apartment. After we arrived at the Eco Beach Resort about 6pm, we looked our keys by accident in the room. We rang the property after hours number and we were told we had to wait till 7pm for the security guy to come and open the room for us and that he is on site. When we rang at 7.30pm we were told that the security guy is offside and we going to be charge $80 call up fee. Two different stories and I can't believe we were charge for it!!!!!

Simple accessories missing like milk. Property quality is medium.

Belongil Beach nearby. A short walk to town centre. Nice studio - would stay again
