JW Marriott staff were great and assisted despite the miscommunication by Expedia I will never use Expedia again

Star pass in a very nice area . No complaints

Beautiful place with fun activities like evening tequila toast. Close to hiking trails. Super friendly and helpful staff. My only complaint was that during our stay the hotel came into our room on more than 3 occasions to do maintenance. Happy they are doing maintenance but wish it could be done between bookings so they are not disturbing customers during naps etc. Overall thought it was a great hotel.

I took my wife here for a Valentine's day staycation. We live across town but this was worth the investment. Great as usual.

It was amazing! They went above and beyond for our wedding night!

The only bad thing was the parking. The self parking is not close to the lobby and valet is too expensive.

The service was exceptional. Staff was very patient. I got lost coming from the self parking garage and i spoke to the assistant signature manager, susan schireman. She personally escorted me to the proper elevator. When i got to my room later, she had left a gracious note and complimentary food to apologize for my trouble. I had never experienced such service. Not only from her, but from the outdoor pool restaurant, firepit service and indoor restaurant, it was clear that the staff was professional and provided incredible service. Been to numerous hotels and this was by far the best in service provided.

This is our go to spot when we stay in Tucson. We love the location, the restaurants and the variety of things to do for a family. Our kids love the pool and lazy river!!

We have stayed at Star Pass many times over the years. It is a very peaceful and relaxing environment! The staff is always helpful!

The staff were incredible and went out of their way to make sure that we were satisfied with our dining experiences, pool side comfort, room, and our stay!

They have a caputured audience as there is nothing else around the property and the prices of the food and drink are ridiculous. It was a Friday and the place was deserted which was fine. Had the large pool all to myself. Paying for parking in such a remote place is yet another insult.
