This was our 3rd time staying at Live Aqua and we are so pleased with everything that, we honestly don't want to check out other resorts.

Way overpriced. Way over hyped. Premium room with VIP access cost us over $850 during the slow season. Are you kidding me? Absolutely, positively, beyond the shadow of a doubt: NOT WORTH IT. Granularity: The facility is new and clean, but not an $850 a night facility even in Nice, France let alone Cancun, Mexico. The beach is nice, but the water was laden with sargasm (the latter part is not the hotel's fault. We experience the same thing with the other 2 hotels we stayed at) but visitors need to be aware of this. VIP or not you are expected to pay for the cabanas by the beach, even though they were all empty. Great way to make your customer reject you. My wife and I are not foodies but here it goes; During our 3 day visit, we had meals at only 2 of about 7 restaurants. The man mess hall at the northern end of the building which serves breakfast lunch and dinner was nice the food was get quality but basic selection that you would get at any 3 star hotel. The other was a beachside cafe also at the northern side of the building and they had good ceviche, not excellent, just good. The food quality was medium to medium-low. The selection was mainly the type of selection you get a 3 star, not a 5 star facilityfacility. If you wanted the good parts you had to pay extra for it. Don't forget $850 a night for a hotel in Mexico. Alcoholic beverages were generic and low quality. I have more to say but the system only allows me so many words.

It was beautiful. Staff was so friendly and welcoming! Food was amazing and room was clean. I will definitely return to this resort. They have activity like karaoke night and yoga, pool aerobics and more! Thank you live aqua our anniversary celebration was amazing.

This is my second stay at Live Aqua and I love it more each time! We are a younger couple in our mid 20’s and the resort has the perfect mix of a calm and social crowd. The food is incredible, staff is incredible and many of them have been there for 10+ years which says a lot about how its run. There are multiple pools depending on your vibe and the beach access is unmatched. Highly recommend

We come here year after year and it's always a "Perfect 10". The food is amazing, the facility is amazing, but most of all and our favorite part is, "The Staff", they are like family. We truly have a great friendship and relationship with them all. When we visit, it's like our second home away.

We will definitely go back! We loved everything about it, and out of all the resorts I’ve been to it’s definitely had the best food options so far! And the location of it was good too!

Given the resort’s higher price point, expectations for service were elevated but not consistently met. At check-in, our friends’ reserved room was unavailable, which was especially disappointing as we were celebrating a birthday. The correct room was important for comfort, and while the hotel offered cabanas and restaurant credit, it didn’t fully make up for the inconvenience. They were told they could switch rooms the next day. Food quality was mixed. Room service and poolside dining were good, but the Thursday buffet fell short, with overly fatty, unappetizing tacos. Despite booking an all-inclusive package, certain items like steak at one restaurant and an entire steakhouse came with additional charges, which felt misleading. Dining policies were also inconsistent; although told reservations weren’t accepted, other guests clearly had them, and staff offered little help finding alternatives when restaurants were full, forcing us to dine off property. The pool area was enjoyable with good service, but extra charges for items like coconut water led to confusion due to the room switch, requiring multiple staff interventions to resolve. Entertainment in the lobby lounge was a highlight, with a great DJ and bartenders. Overall, the resort is clean, well-located, and staffed by friendly people, but service inconsistencies, unclear policies, and unexpected extra costs detract from the experience.

Me encantó el servicio, todo el personal fue muy atento en todo momento. Las habitaciones son muy lindas y siempre se mantienen limpias y organizadas, lo cual se aprecia muchísimo. El ambiente es muy tranquilo, ideal para descansar. Además, el lugar está bien equipado y cómodo. Sin duda, una excelente experiencia y lo recomendaría.

This resort is always Awesome. Staff is very friendly and go out of their way to help you. Rooms are clean and the service was great we asked for more hangers and they were there in less than 3 min. Food was delicious and lots to offer.

We enjoyed a convenient location, excellent atmosphere, friendly staff, good amenities, good food, entertainment by the poolside and good beaches on and surrounding the resort.

Beautiful ocean front room. Staff was for the most part helpful. Food at mb & siete7 was excellent, rest is acceptable. Service varied depending on what part of the resort you’re at. One time we tried to get a seat at the buffet for Mexican Night, server said “no more seats but you can sit at the bar”. We sat at the bar and there were no utensils nor napkins nor staff servicing the bar. we walked around and noticed many empty tables that did not have “reserved” sign on it. Later , we noticed another East Asian couple also getting seated at the bar. When I asked staff walking around for forks later, he appeared surprised that we got seated at the bar and promptly moved us to an empty table. Once we got to the table, the server refills water for every table in his section except for ours. Not sure if it’s racism or what, but the young lady host had a very mean face when doing all of this as well moving East Asian guests to the bar when there were clearly seats available. The timeshare presentation also ruined 1/2 of our stay. the high pressure sales made us anxious and lack sleep and filled with worry for the first 3 days of the stay and even caused some rift between us. Whatever they’re offering to listen to the presentation is not worth it and cut into your stay time. Had I known this nightmare Access Fiesta shenanigan would have wasted so much time and caused so much Anguish, I would have chosen a different resort. Entertainment staff saved the experience! First time to this resort, and we will be coming back. From the moment you walk in, to the food, the amazing staff, great beaches, it all was so amazing! The customer service was absolutely amazing, all of the restaurants were so good, rooms were clean and comfortable. Jonathan was one of our favorite servers by the pool, he went above and beyond for us. We already have plans to come back next year! We did splurge and get one of their suites that came with butler, ruddy and Romero were so good to us :)

Very enjoyable and spacious. I rate this place 1000 stars. The staff was so friendly everybody walked around with a smile. Beds were comfortable! The rooms were very clean extra points to the cleaning crew! The property was relaxing and very much set the tone of my vacation. The rooms even smelled clean as well as the hallways. shower water was comfortably hot. I didn’t feel overcrowded and the property felt safe for a solo traveler!

THIS PROPERTY IS FABULOUS! THE STAFF WAS ALWAYS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. THS SPA WAS A GREAT TREAT! SHOUT OUT TO MERCEDES MY MASSAGE THERAPIST!!!! WILL DEF BE GOING BACK!
