Property was clean, neat and orderly. Lighting was efficient, only coming on when hallways or rooms were occupied.

This is a nice hotel in a good location and we enjoyed one night's stay there. We had lunch twice and found the food to be very good.

We stayed here for 10 nights. Not having one big bed instead of 2 twin beds was not at all convenient for us. There was a very small bar fridge with limited space, no coffee maker, no microwave which we missed for the length of our stay. We got charged extra for water in the fridge but we’re not informed about this. Cleaning staff were amazing! Buffet Breakfast was excellent. Great support with tour packages. This hotel has an excellent location but it was very loud at night for 4 nights from bar across the way, yelling people until daylight. Something to do with students, I believe.

The staff was amazing and very attentive helped us with an injury while hiking arranged cabs for hospital visit and brought ice when they saw us return

Staff is the best part of this hotel, they are amazing, friendly, patient, and accomodating. View is stunning, restaurant food is fabulous. And the hot breakfast has enough options to fill you up before a good hike. 1 minor nuissance was our single beds instead of 1 queen. They were a little firm, but there are mattress covers in the closet to compensate for much of this. Would recommend, WILL return.

Balcony overlooking the marina and waterfront. Beautiful view. Very helpful staff.

We enjoyed our stay. The reception staff was cordial and very knowledgeable of the area including recommendations for nearby restaurants

Very nice hotel with views over the marina and a short walk into town. Reasonable sized room with lovely marble bathroom. Breakfast wasn't the highest quality but the food in the bar and restaurant was otherwise excellent and very good value. Pool was nice. No kettle in room on arrival but appeared after mentioning in check-in review. Staff friendly and helpful

Right across the street from the marina with pool and ocean swimming area. Car rental attached to hotel. Restaurants, stores and bars across the street along marina. Walking distance to downtown Ponta Delgada.

We loved our stay. It was very easy to walk to restaurants and shops. Sonja gave us our VIP room upgrade and bottle of wine. Sofia booked our car rental that was delivered and picked up at the hotel with no security deposit. Breakfast was awesome. Maria at the concierge desk was very helpful planning all of our day trips with us. Highly recommend this property.

The breakfast was an added plus. The room looked over the marina with a private balcony. A wonderful place to stay.

The front desk staff went above and beyond! They got us a rental car and mapped out a tour of the island. The bar and food was excellent as well.

The staff are extremely helpful, their attention to detail is impeccable. The staff surpassed all of our expectations from the team at reception to the bar staff(Antonio) he was so sweet and remembered our names. The cleaning crew who was so amazing trying to find out the scentof soap you guys use to giand door man(Daniel) everyone was so eager to make our stay an unforgettable one.

Lovely hotel in a great location.Would definitely recommend it.Overlooking the marina with an ocean view . Tours pick up from hotel.Would have liked to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room but not by far a deal breaker.You will not be disappointed.I write this as a single traveller.

Pros: Friendly staff and great service. Property is within easy walking distance of restaurants, stores, and the marina. Convenient, inexpensive parking garage. Cons: Our rooms were warm (the A/C is limited - the case in many European hotels). We left the slider open at night and the area is very noisy well into the morning.
