Hotel is located close to airport/convenient. Room is clean with exception of carpeting. Carpet in my room is spotty/dirty. Needs to be thoroughly cleaned.

The management was incredibly kind and helpful when we needed to make a last minute change in our plans. We have stayed here twice now and will continue to come back whenever we are in Duluth. Our kids love the pool and water slide and the rooms have always been clean and comfortable. Thank you for making our vacation enjoyable!

We enjoyed our stay. We roasted marshmallows on the outdoor fire pit. Kids loved the pool and water slide. The breakfast was a nice version of hotel breakfast with a long line for the waffle machine when we were there.

The room was clean, beds comfortable and the breakfast was good with hot and cold choices. There is an outdoor fire pit by the front door where you could sit and visit. Overall, it was a good experience.

Our bed broke on day 2 of a weeklong stay. Talked to front desk and they upgraded our room to a 2 queen bed suite. Such a nice hotel we are going back again in October.

Nice place

Visit was for seeing family in Duluth. This was first time staying at this location. Overall an average stay as while some things were done well (breakfast, outdoor fire pit, pool), some were disappointing. The two biggest down points were just lackluster/unfriendly service at the front desk and the inattentive room pickup/housekeeping service. We were a large family with a 3 bed suite. Used lots of towels, never had them picked up over the 3 days we were there. Never had garbage emptied. Always had to ask for more towels. Even had to ask for more toilet paper. These things used to be standard. Now it seems you have to go out of your way as a guest to get the things you need. I wish I could give 4-5 stars because the hotel has some other really great features. But overall the service brought things down.

The shower pressure was really hard. Also fan in bathroom didn’t work so it was sooo much condensation after shower.

There was a gas bonfire and seating by the entrance which was very welcoming. The pool is great for families with small children, but awful for adults. It is a small, shallow pool with water slides and extremely noisy with very little seating. The free breakfast was good and had many options, including hot choices. The bed in our room was very old and sagged like a "W" shape where bodies wore it out, so not comfortable. For the cost of the room I expected a better bed.

There were nice amenities at the hotel. pool. Hot tub, kiddie pool and water slide. Outside there was a gas fire pit. The hotel is a little run down. Needs some maintenance, updates and needs a deep cleaning. The hotel is in a convenient location.
