I've been coming to this hotel for seveal years. Unfortunately they've never upgraded their restrooms and furniture. Based on its current condition it should now be 1 star.

Friendly staff

Staff was amazing and friendly

The rooms feel dated and could use some fresh paint. Shower and sink drain clog easily. Overpriced for the area and offered amenities. Breakfast not included.

Current level of this hotel is way under minimum level for Fiesta Inn standard. No sense of cleanliness and customer service like 5 years ago.

I book this Hotel because is closer to the us embassy I did not know that I have to pay for the breakfast it was expensive so next time if you book that hotel make sure that you ask

Been staying here for many years every time I go to Nogales or am passing through. The two days I was there, the dayshift restaurant staff was being lazy and took time to attend me. The two females basically would spend time chatting with each other and ignore people arriving or sitting down. Bring back the old staff which now is on swing shift.

Very dirty and appliances doesn’t work

The hallways are run down. The breakfast buffet run out and they didn’t refill the food. It was very noisy all night!

They have breakfast but we don’t have including with the reservation

For the last 4-5 yrs this hotel has been going down hill. Alot of employee turnover, always out of something, sometimes there is a bartender sometimes not, no refrigerator in rooms, knobs in sink or shower are loose or completely come off, sometimes you can never get hot water in the shower, housekeeping takes your towels and forgets to give you new ones or even water bottles. I am a loyal customer to Fiesta Inn and have been staying there for at least 8 years but after last week's visit will start looking elsewhere for future trips.
