I was given a room that was next to the lobby and had a tile floor area very close to the front door. I heard the clacking of wheels on that tile, lots of voices, someone above me who may have been doing exercises, so many closing doors, a barking dog .... sleep was difficult past 6am. The shower in my room was for folks with physical limitations which is fine but the shower head was at chest level shooting straight into me - the overhead option had no lever to make it work plus it was at maybe five foot 7 height regardless.... so unless I held the shower head by hand I'd not be able to wash my hair or face. It was a great shower if one needs to be in a chair - perfect for that. I happen to be tall and it just happened to not be a fit for me. The room seemed to be cavernous - the size of maybe three regular rooms? Which made the tv super far away and harder to hear unless I cranked up the volume - so I just used my laptop. I don't want to crank volume in a hotel - that's just me. I think I just got a super awkward room for what I was needing, and it was the noisiest location probably in the hotel. NIce otherwise. I'd lose/replace the tile area w vinyl perhaps. Too much clacking wheels right next to a room.
