Old shabby hotel with a small smelly room that was not clean. Air on was not working well. Resturant is more like a cafeteria

The room was ok, acceptable, clean but very small no place to even put a suitcase and it was noisy. Staff was vrry nice.

It was a gated, safe hotel that met all our needs in one place. Food options in the restaurant in the hotel were excellent. After a long day of traveling, it was so nice to eat in the restaurant downstairs and just go upstairs to bed.

Very nice setting, staff and facilities. Very good restaurant and excellent breakfast buffet. Located within a two minute walk to the bus stand into town.

Quiet property with secure onsite free parking. Rooms are extremely quiet with fast free wifi. Staff was excellent. Breakfast is extensive, but the coffee is from an automatic machine just like everywhere else - so really bad coffee in France! We walked into central Aix and it took 25 minutes on quiet streets. Many restaurants close by.

Very noisy, room not cleaned for 3 days. No parking at night time.

I booked late and arrived at 11.30 pm and they did not have any room. They gave me a room that had already people inside sleeping. Everything chaotic, dirty and very bad experience that finished at 1am leaving the hotel without nowhere to sleep.

Best shower we had in France! Great selection at buffet breakfast. Easy access to private free parking.

Hotel not central but very easy to get to with public bus number 4 from city centre. Great hot and cold breakfast which we ate sitting on shady terrace. Very relaxing start to the day.

Room was hot and small - air conditioning did not work. Had to keep window open and ended up with several insect bites. No iron , no safe. Very basic hotel.

I liked very little. The menus in the restaurant have very confusing prices. For example, a tea with the euro 14,50 lunch is advertised at euro 2. I took the euro 19 lunch formula and my tea went to euro 3 with no explanation. The manager was not helpful and, in fact, really rude!

Great staff! Very helpful, even those who spoke limited English made their best attempt to help. The room smelled and looked extremely fresh. The only downside was maybe its location. The local bus service stops right outside the hotel and run frequent services the city center on Mondays to Fridays and semi frequent services on Saturdays with barley existent services on Sundays (when most of the country is closed anyways). Note that the last bus from the city center leaves at roughly 21:ish (Mon-Sat) so if you plan to stay out past 9 be prepared to find a taxi!

Not the easiest of hotels to find and in an area that felt slightly unsafe. A bit too far out of town to walk in for dinner but handy for a quick stop over. Room was ok, nothing special very basic. Felt a bit dated and in need to some modernising. Communal areas, reception and restaurant were in good order modern and clean but this wasnt reflected in the bedrooms. Very good breakfast and helpful attentive staff.
