Absolutely beautiful place and the staff is so friendly and accomidating. The food is amazing and they have a lot of entertainment options. Very family friendly as well.

The beach views were stunning. It was a very relaxing experience

we did a few all inclusive vacation. we would rate this place on the top of them. Their services including food, rooming, transportation and their generous to the customer.

We love the server Blanca at the buffet she was always so nice to us for breakfast and lunch

Nicest staff ever

Great property but needs more bathrooms around the pools, electrical outlets that work, and more elevators that work. Balcony doors are not always tight, which affects the air conditioning. Hot tubs are needed as there’s only one in the spa. Also, a counter by the full mirror to use to get ready, with a plug for hair dryer etc. just some suggestions! Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would return.

My husband and i often choose the Riu because of the staff and entertainment options. This was our first time at the Riu Palace. The rooms could use some updating, premier dinner options were somewhat disappointing, but the signature service and attention to our comfort is second to none!

Check in was fast. Food was good. And the workers were great.

We thought ALL the staff were absolutely wonderful. So very helpful and kind. Thought the entertainment was not very good. Loved the buffet but we were expecting a little bit more from the specialty restaurants. We did like the steak house tho. My husband has mobility issues so we found the washrooms a little awkward to get to around the pools. The resort is beautiful and the grounds are absolutely amazing. It was a great trip.

I would like to say a Big thanks to Maria she performed janitorial service near Italian restaurant toilets. Thank her hands I will never wear slippers and with my bare feet going inside WC. Because floor was clean and disinfected.We left tips everywhere but not to this person.
