Lovely staff. Room was a good size. Clean but smelling stale. Shower door not fitting so well and caused the floor to get wet.

Great for those with an EV as there are 4 chargers in the car park.

One choice of food Pizza take it or leave it. Breakfast was lacking milk for cereals - offered hot milk from coffee machine. Very poor to other Campanile places I have stayed at.

Very basic but that's what we were expecting. Room was clean and had everything that we needed. Somewhere to stay without spending a lot of money. OK

Not great. Air conditioning didn’t work. It was very hot. The room was not clean and bed very uncomfortable. Had 4 hours sleep and couldn’t take any more. Random people also working past and the smoke box was right outside my room! So our room just stank of cigarettes. Not great with a child!

Terrible, just terrible. Air conditioning nowhere near good enough which meant a sleepless night. Room not cleaned properly, instructions regarding the front gate not clear. Never again.

Arrival was ok, easy to find with plenty of secure parking and friendly staff. Room quality was poor, it smelt of smoke and would stay here again.

Overall, we had a good 3 night stay. The room was big enough for our needs, and the bed was supercomfortable. There was a kettle in the room. The only problem for my partner, who loves watching night telly, was the lack of english language channels. Other than that all was good. There's a shopping centre, and few restaurants near the hotel.

It was nice, clean and quiet. However, the air conditioning wasn’t working properly so it was very hot. The room was also facing the sun most of the day so it became even warmer!

Campaniles are always good. The parking is priority for me with a large vehicle and Campaniles always offer plenty of space to park As always the room was clean and functional, as was the bathroom. Ideal location near the motorway

Close to the Louvre at Lens. It was typical Campanile. Only criticism is bed was not large enough although to be fair myself and my wife are portly. Room could also do with improvements to draft proofing. Otherwise fine.ood value

Coming from the Calais ferry It was hard to find with SAT NAV ( really need a full street address for hotels complete with house number - take note Hotels.com! ) but a lovely french man jumped in our car and directed us there! The lady at check in was friendly, the room was small but clean and beds comfortable...bathroom was all redone and modern. Good water pressure, lots of hot water, wifi ok etc. There isn't anything nearby so the hotel restaurant is your only choice unless you want to venture out again after a long day of driving ...we didn't.

This is one of the better Campaniles we have stayed in. Staff were excellent and welcoming. Rooms clean, warm and not tired like some. This is a great value stop for those on the way elsewhere. As usual, there is an onsite resturant but if is rather isolated and not near any other facilities as such. Good access from motorway and easy to find.
