We were very disappointed with the depressing ambience of the room, the general industrial location. The room seemed very shabby and dark with noisy people walking past. We decided to cut our losses and find a much nicer hotel nearby.

Didn’t like the open shower in the bathroom without a shower curtain. Nice if you are bathing someone in a wheelchair, however we didn’t need that.

C'est un hôtel qui attend avec impatience une réfection de toute urgence. Construit dans les années 90, une vétusté importante s'est installé au fil du temps. Une direction très sympathique, mais qui ne sait que faire et quoi dire, hormis un geste commercial. Un tarif beaucoup trop cher pour l'établissement...Bref, tout est à refaire ...

Hôtel trop vétusté pour un 3 étoiles, parking payant en plus de la chambre. Petit déjeuner basse qualité et peu garnie

Chambre très bruyante avec la circulation juste à côté, construction ancienne, très vétuste, sauf la douche italienne refaite (accessible handicapé) et surtout le meilleur un portail électrique récent qui vous coûtera 5€/jour pour stationner sur un parking privé vide. L'établissement privilégie le parking de qualité avec une chambre des années 90 niveau insonorisation, écran lcd moyen, bouilloire non utilisable vu l'odeur, bref à éviter absolument.

Accueil moyen, chambre reservée et payée sur internet, arrivée sur place la récéptionniste est en difficulté pour trouver la reservation, puis me demande de payer la chambre, alors qu'elle est déjà noté reglée, puis me demande une taxe de sejour a 12€ au lieu de 1,32€ prévu lors de la reservation. Amabilité plus que limite. Propreté des chambres à revoir ( poils, toiles d'araignés, poussière, tâche sur le linge de lit ...)

Cozy little place, well run. We booked 5 nights and don't regret it.

Simple budget no-fills stay. Comfortable and with the benefit of secure parking. Easy access to Rennes and a useful stop-over on the way to/from St Malo ferry port. 24hr McD's just across the way for snacks too.

I booked this hotel for the close proximity to the airport and it had breakfast. I arrived at 1 pm but the receptionist informed me that check-in started at 2 pm. I literally sat in the lobby until my room key was given to me at 2 pm. I booked a cab for 530 am and asked if I can have a sack breakfast or a cup of coffee at that time but was told they don’t do that. ( Then I saw two staff members eating breakfast at 530am when I was checking out.) All 4 female staff were gathered outside to smoke and no one was able to help me with my WiFi password which was not provided upon check in. The room faced a big round- about across from a shopping mall. No view. Very limited TV channels and no English- speaking channels at all. This was more like a motel than a hotel. A lot of noise from other customers walking in front of my room.
