Amazing service

The hotel is really excellent and the staff is very polite and helpful. The rooms are very modern, spacious and luxurious. The food and bevrage options are also really good and all the food we enjoyed was excellent. Its also great that there are many different restaurants, so you can enjoy either casual, buffet or more fine dining options. The staff is also very well trained and super helpful in service or going the extra mile to help on more specific request eg to order products for our 6 months old daughter. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Doha.

Incredible service and staff. Received our dry cleaning the same day, staff was always available and quick to help you find anything you need. I loved our stay at the Four Seasons Doha, it’s one of the best resorts we have stayed at across the globe.

So let me share a story. I flew to Doha on 12 June, 2025 and arrived at the hotel around 23:42. I had meetings the following day at 8am on a Friday. At the reception I was told that my reservation didn’t go through and it will need some time and that I should wait for around 15 to 20 minutes. I waited for around 3 hours. I was repeatedly told that the reservation didn’t go through. I was told I should cancel my reservation with Expedia and make a direct reservation with the property. All of a sudden this stopped being a four season hotel. It was something else. I asked the receptionist and duty manager to check me in and settle this issue later. Both made it clear that they will not check me in before the reservation shows on their system. I called Expedia and they did their best and spoke to the receptionist and confirmed that (1) my reservation is confirmed at their end, (2) that the property issued a confirmation number, yet that didn’t convince the receptionist and duty manager to check me in. Finally I conceded. I cancelled my initial reservation. I made a new reservation directly with the property. It didn’t matter to the staff the history I have with this property, it didn’t matter that I was exhausted and tired, it didn’t matter to the staff that I am a platinum member of Expedia, and that I am a frequent flyer. They insisted on cancelling the reservation. They even suggested I reserve directly with them in the future. I checked out at 12.

My time at the Four Seasons was truly enjoyable, thanks to the warm hospitality and personalized service. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by name, which added a thoughtful touch to the experience. A special shout-out to Maddelena, who went above and beyond to make my stay seamless and comfortable. Their kindness and attention to detail made a real difference. The hotel itself was fantastic—beautifully maintained rooms, excellent amenities, and a private beach.
