Got denied access to normal dinner food or the party in new years despite being told earlier it was included in the room rate by head of kitchen without paying $500. Later learnt that this was just not formal request from the hotel and only requested by head of kitchen. Total mess.

We had a great time and highly recommend staying here. The staff is amazing, the place is beautiful, surrounded by see and mountains. The room was big, beautiful and clean. The food is very good. We did all inclusive which we did not regret. We also booked a night hike to st Cathrine and a Canyon tour through Bob at the hotel which were great experiences. All in all highly recommended!

Friendly staff provided a warm welcome and took every opportunity to check my needs were being met throughout my stay, providing for a thoroughly relaxing vacation. I fully expect Swiss Inn’s renovation programme will ensure guests continue to enjoy a premier experience. I look forward to returning.

Overall, the place is great and the beach is beautiful, offering plenty of activities to enjoy. While relaxing by the beach, you can experience breathtaking views of both the sunrise and sunset. I really like this place and would love to visit again

People very kind that was really nice. Just too much use of plastic ! Plastic glass at the beach, plastics bags.. plastic plastic plastic... that's shocking ! we are divers and we saw so much plastic in the see and you looks like you don't car about that. Sorry but you hav eto change mind, this is really impacting your beautiful nature !

We normally go to Jaz Dahabya, but this hotel is much better, you have bath in the shower which you don't have in Jaz, location is better and the surfing club in the hotel beach (Vetratoria) is exellent.

Akin to the country overall, disorganised and unfriendly staff, especially for the price range. Room is okay, buffet is decent. Price/quality ratio is on par with the local market, definitely below other comparably developed regions of the world like South America or South East Asia.

We really enjoyed our stay at Swiss Inn. I think it is one of the best hotels in Dahab area. A big thank you to the staff who work there, they made our stay very relaxing and enjoyable. They treat their guests very well. Great food options, different buffet every night. Super access to the beach and all water activities. Awesome rooms, clean, big and have a great view. The beds are very comfortable. We were in Swiss Inn for 2 weeks and we were very sad to leave this beautiful place. We will definitely come back again.

The hotel own great private beach and a good pool. View from the room is so-so, since you can't see the pool or the sea. All staff are consistently looking for tips. Food is Ok and overall feeling is good, eventhough rooms are not clean enough.

Good hotel with nice landscape and directly on the best beach in Dahab. I really liked this hotel

I stayed for 4 nights during COVID-19. The resort has a beautiful pool and a beach overlooking Dahab Lagona. I had a problem with the AC but it was fixed by changing the room to the Deluxe one. The food was very delicious specially the desserts. Dahab is a beautiful city and we spent most of the time outside the resort but I will definitely visit again to enjoy the resort facilities.

Everything was just perfect, a professional level of service with smiley faces from all of the staff. The Hotel manager is always around checking that everything is ok. The food variety is amazing and delicious, we stayed for 5 nights with different dinner for each night. We are just speechless.., thanks for the amazing stay

Well the hotel is very nice.. The beach ... The Staff .. but the food is very limited and not the best.
