prefect location- lots of shops, restauratnts and near few metro stops. . Can get anywhere in Paris . near wonderful street ets, cafes. tons of bakeries. Near all my favorite streets. My room clean but the rooms are small. Breakfast was good except there is no eggs. Overall awesome due to location .Near several metro stops, and bus stops. Near Lidil Grocery. Near open air markets tthat is open Wednesdays and Fridays lots and lots of shops Near Rue d Alesia which is an awesome street for lots of shopping. Everything is close by.

I was put on the 5th level. The room was smelly, the water thank of tge hotel was noisy all night, I couldn't sleep. They did not change my room for an other room.

Very bad - stay away!!! Horrible smell in room, tiny room. We had no choice but to check out, and hotel refused refund.

It was an amazing experience to the hotel, clean and friendly staff!

The hotel itself is good with a comfortable room, good tea/coffee area and breakfast, and most of the front office staff were excellent. However, slow handling of major issues and slow measures to redress (refund due 24 hours ago and still not processed) means I wouldn't stay here again.

A small compact hotel with a small reception area.Very clean & well maintained in communal areas.My room was also very clean & tidy.Buffet breakfast was good quality.A good location but not really in Montparnasse.

Extremely small rooms! The photos do not capture how small these rooms are! There is literally no space to open a suitcase, and no closet space, definitely not suitable for two persons. I was traveling with my elderly mother, and she could not walk to the bathroom without tripping over. We really could not stay at this hotel and had to check out early. The staff was quite friendly but gave us false hope that the hotel management would refund our money for the unused portion of our stay. After months of emails and repeatedly calling Expedia, they refused the refund after 3 months. They should clearly highlight the size of this room and not expect the user to read all the review comments.

Excellent value for this area of Paris. Room compact but quiet, bathroom fine, breakfast a little disappointing, basic. Close to secure car parks and metro stops.

It is a small hotel in a peaceful neighborg . Not a place for luxury vacation but for a tourist tríp.Good value for its price.

Stayed weekend 9th of March for the 6 nations game . I have been a few time before & my requirement was to be near the SNCF station Denfort Rochereau as it has great service to the stadium & we also like the general area. Found a bargain in the IBIS Alesia for 2 nights with breakfast. Rooms small as most hotels in Paris are, but it was very clean & comfortable for our needs. Breakfast was perfect & excellent coffee( not sure why coffee always tastes better in Paris !) Overall a great stay its not a Marriott but a great budget hotel which ticked all the boxes for our rugby trip. PS Get rid of the pictures with animal dressed up as humans !

Good. But the rooms are too small. No space to store luggage.

Very short stay. Checked in at 1am & departed after breakfast (included in the rate) at 9am. Compact room with a very comfortable bed and clean bathroom. 24hr reception. 10 mins walk from Alesia metro station.

Staffs are very nice and helpful. Breakfast is the same every day, I recommend to drink the fresh orange jus every morning.

It was brilliant, the staff where really friendly and food was lovely. Will stay again!
