The food is mashaAllah…. Breakfast is alhamdulillah, dinner is wow… feels like being in a middle eastern restaurant and makes me want to take it away. There are also many Indonesian workers, so it doesn't feel like being in Saudi Arabia

I stayed at this hotel for 9 days 8 nights for the purpose of Umrah. Overall, this hotel has very good service and location. 1. Location: the distance from the hotel to the courtyard is about 200 meters (7 minutes slow walk), the hotel is near the Al Olayan Ajyad hotel, Azka Al Maqam, Orinsis and the Haram Mosque management office 2. Room: we booked a room for 2 people with twin beds, the room size is large (est. 28 square meters) and there are 3 chairs and 1 table. Room facilities include an electric kettle, iron and hair dryer. The bathroom has a sink that can be used for washing and there is a clothesline. 3. Service: the service is very good, room service comes every day (even 2-3 times a day) and consumables (tea, soap, water, etc.) are always refilled, the service is also smiling and friendly. 4. Food: here we get dinner and breakfast at the Rand restaurant (21st floor). Breakfast is more Mediterranean style and for dinner more Arabic style with additional variations of the menu. breakfast: omelet, falafel, potatoes, lamb liver (sometimes), grilled chicken (sometimes), boiled eggs, various breads, pastries and kebab skins, salads and condiments, cereals, tea, coffee, juice dinner: white rice, lamb biryani, Arabic-style goat, grilled fish with Arabic spices, grilled chicken, kebab (sometimes), sushi (sometimes), pasta (sometimes), lasagna (sometimes), various breads, pastries and kebab skins, salads and condiments, tea, coffee, juice the restaurant manager is very accommodating and friendly, if you need a specific menu (ex: white rice), want to just take away food because you will check out early, you can try asking the duty manager (especially the Indonesian one, Mr. Najib and the Algerian one it seems (sorry I forgot his name)).

Clean hotel, big room (seems to be upgraded because I ordered a 3 bed twins room but actually 1 queen, 2 twins), close to the mosque courtyard, just walk for 5 minutes, flat road not uphill, many food stalls and souvenir shops, Zam2 towers is also close, some of the staff are Indonesian, yesterday when I arrived and was helped by Mas Purwanto to lift my suitcase, when I wanted to tour Taif, he helped me find a car rental, instead I left my child's shoes in the closet, Mas Purwanto helped send them to his friend who wanted to go to Medina. Next time if I'm given another fortune to go for Umrah, I want to stay there. The only minus is the breakfast menu is not very varied for 4 breakfasts with the same menu (Arabic menu), but it's ok for all the services.

Room is ok. Location is ok even though compared to zam2 tower it is a bit far but service is ok. Food is not too much and luxurious compared to other 5 star hotels.

Comfortable, clean hotel but the food is lacking in variety for a 5-star hotel. But there is a menu of nasi lemak plus anchovies and sambal which is delicious. Really.

The first stay, but it was quite satisfying, the only drawback was that the air conditioner took a long time to cool, it took 1 hour to cool down.

getting check-in and check out problems. the hotel said that they haven't received the payment transfer from agent. I didn't know it was true or just the officers poor understanding about online booking.
