Very clean although the bathroom was very small and the microwave was too smal

Expedia and Clarion Pontie Indianapolis Northeast lied about the quality of this place. It's more like a sleezy motel then a nice motel! They trick you into booking a room then and then say there's no refund for getting a room there. It looks like a hotel from a horror film. It"DID NOT FEEL LIKE A SAFE PLACE TO GET REST. They also lied about having free wifi and the TV didn't work properly. Not a good place to visit.

Not bad just didn’t care for room doors on out side of building like motel not hotel

The tv having a Netflix and mirror button but not having the capability to do either is the only thing I didn’t like about my stay

Conveniently located near 82nd Street, with lots of restaurants and shopping. We stayed 2 nights for Race weekend. Breakfast included was tasty and well stocked. Lots of parking. Rooms are external facing, reasonably quiet. Staff were courteous and helpful.

Staff was friendly. Check in and check out were simple. Appeared to be some recent updates to rooms but some things still need some help. Didn’t try the breakfast other than coffee but that was good. Would have liked to have a coffee maker in the room. For the price I would stay again.

When I came I noticed that the property is dated and somewhat unkept, for sure in need of updates and fresh paint. I got into my room where I found that my blinds were broken, there was a odd smell to the room which wasn’t pleasant, the shower still had hair on the tub around the faucet and the faucet at the sink was dirty as it had what looked like tooth paste splashed all over it . I did not want to even use the sink to brush my hands or brush my teeth. The mirror had some sort of grime smudged on it, the bedding was okay. The paint around the room and mirrors was chipped and dirty. The air did work well. And it was quiet for the most part.

The property looks a little sketchy at first, but the staff friendliness and welcoming energy makes it a great stay. We stayed for one night and honestly for a quick cheap stay it did its job. Would come back and stay again!

The “free breakfast” doesn’t have eggs or meat Property is run down and feels more like a motel… wouldn’t stay there again!

This was my 2nd time staying at this hotel and both times I liked the staff and the room. The best part is the waffles. I want to only come just for the waffles. Ackeem always has a very pleasant demeanor and very helpful and accommodating. Ackeem is always pleasant and give great customer service with a smile. I’m sure I will stay there again. Thank you

Front desk person was ok, but not very personable. The property, in particular the sidewalks were in very bad shape. Cracks and holes. Inside of room in my opinion had the ick factor. The bathroom felt nasty to me. The carpet looked dingy. Other than a desk chair, there was nothing to sit on to be comfortable. Bed was fairly uncomfortable. I couldn't wait to get out of there to go home! Front and back of the door to the room was dirty. I will not be staying at this property again and cannot recommend it to anyone else either.

It was great for someone who needs something where they won't have to be in the hotel much, but it wasn't very "clean" looking and wasn't homey feeling. The parking for the side rooms is less than ideal.
