The weather was good and we had a great time!

I actually liked everything about this property. We went in mid March so it wasn’t crowded. The staff were very helpful and efficient. The area is magnificent although a lit of things were not open and clos3d for season mucch was open and welcoming.

The bed pillows were awful and very small. they were throw pillows not bed pillows.

I think front desk people should be more friendly, I didn't feel welcomed. Im selecting 5 stars for staff & service, because I meet 2 employees in the elevator that were super kind and friendly.

Great location. Didn’t like the way the property treats those booking via Expedia. Rooms are run down , and the room they allocated for Expedia bookings were right above the restaurant that had events and the music literally thumps the floor and loud in tie the ground level room .

View of the ocean was great!! You have access to everything the beach as to offer plus it’s all in walking distance!!

We specifically picked this hotel because the listing said it included breakfast. When we arrived, they said there was no breakfast in winter.

There was construction going on next door, which was unsightly, but other than that, it's a nice property, right on the beach. There are lots of dining options in walking distance, and the people are super friendly. The rooms themselves are nothing special--kind of an ordinary motel/hotel room--but the location is awesome.

Stayed here a few times and never disappointed. Very friendly staff, right by the boardwalk. Many restaurants in walking distance. We love it so much. Will continue booking with Atlantic Sand.

We have stayed at this hotels several times and we won’t be back. We always pay extra because we like a room with a balcony and ocean view. The room was so small. There was rust all across the bottom of the refrigerator, the tv was super small with lines all across it. The furniture was all broken, the drawer wouldn’t close. They gave us really small pillows like throw pillow size, not even standard size. Super disappointing. The beds were as hard as rocks. I was wondering if because I use a third party they give me the crappy room?

Staff was super nice and helpful during check in and check out. Room was clean and quiet.
