Excellent staff

The room is ok, but the towels are so old and looks so dirty.

This hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was clean with a very comfortable atmosphere and bed. We had dinner at the restaurant and it was excellent! Great service and an excellent stay!!

Nice place to stay

Great stay. The only downfall was that our room was near the elevators therefore we could hear people talking loudly. This said, we could not hear the elevators. Very good breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff.

More clarity about car parking. The hotel doesn’t have one and you need to get one on the street or pay at the next door car parking.

Great customer service and breakfast.

This was good for one night if needing to stay near the stadium or proximity. The hotel and room were clean and efficient. Staff was friendly. The area is undesirable with nothing to do and seemingly run down.

The hotel was very modern. AC worked excellent it does have a gym. The food at the restaurant was very good. The staff amazing. Starting with Maria at the front desk always working with a smile. The restaurant and bar staff very nice all were hard workers. Starting with Estefania always super nice and nonstop , then Carlos with the pony tail so good with the food recommendations, Richard extremely efficient and fast. The other Carlos a little rough but always took care of me and very hard worker. Alejandro also a great waiter and server. Overall I definitely would return in a second.

There was no water in the gym for 3 days even after repeated requests. Toilet flush did not work and was told that was normal.

I really like this hotel

The staff, especially Maria were exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Friendly, polite and helpful. The breakfast was perfect, every nationality, race, culture and dietary requirement was catered for. I will be returning next year for sure.

Everything was very good the room the bed,very clean bathroom the staff is very friendly. The only thing I didn’t like was the distance between the hotel and the metro. Besides that the hotel is great.

Great hotel! The breakfast buffet was a great deal and offered several options. The staff was very friendly and nice! The restaurant/bar served great food, and the servers were friendly and nice. The cleaning staff was also very friendly. The hotel is located in a quiet area. Using Uber, you can get to the center in about 20 minutes. I highly recommend it!
