Deben tener más cuidado cuando le van a entregar una habitación que esté debidamente lista, no con mal olor o sucia como fué mi caso y el lobby que es la cara del hotel debe tener personal de limpieza más al pendiente

The room was located well.

The air condition does not work It came up three times to try and fix it and it still was pretty hot.

The food options were terrible…we had to go outside of the resort to find food. The property didn’t have many options for entertainment.

It was overall nice clean and friendly

Rooms not cold enough, need more food access. More amenities to use on the beach.

The hotel is good, the food could be better but the Italian restaurant was great. The staff needs to work on customer service, I understand tips are important it felt, no tip every time no food service….

We like that was safe and quiet.

what i didn't like is first the air condition was not working then they didnot want to give us 4 battle water even though we pay for 4 people, we lost one flip flop shoe and also untill we live the fridge was not working. we had unpleasant time staying.

Excellent place with outstanding service. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, always making sure everything was perfect. I’ll definitely be back!

Large and confusing property where things are far away like the reception area and it’s hard to get pool towels because of the hours. Lobby on 4th floor and all the different buildings kind of hard to get used to. Nice beach with loungers and pool/hot tub is nice but plenty of kids where they were not allowed. Comfortable room. Had an entertaining show one night near the pool area.

All the staff were very kind and friendly, the locals were also very eager to help

Amazing resort! Will most definitely be headed back out there! So relaxing, great food, everything you need is on site. The room is so beautifully laid out! I LOVED IT!
