The hotel charged me $15 a night for parking when I did not have a car.

This hotel is nice and affordable. They got behind in preparing the rooms as they didn't anticipate to be fully booked that weekend. We had to wait until 8pm to check-in. We booked last minute though. So can't really complain much.

Check in was unorganized. I received an email to check in online through my Hilton app. I completed the check in process and received notification that the digital key would be ready soon and I could head directly to my room. However the digital key never activated and I had to check in at the desk anyway providing again all of the information I provided online. The wait to check in at the desk was nearly 10 min long. A little frustrating. The room also had a weird smell. Like a mildew smell. The pillows are extremely uncomfortable.

Property is understaffed and it shows.

Nice and VERY clean hotel for a quick getaway. My only complaints would be that the bins were overfilling in the pool area with towels. Besides that no matter how cold we made the room the humidity was a constant battle.

I had a problem with bathroom sink got flooded from upstairs. Water got all over the carpet hallway and they did not even have me another day to stay or a discount

This was a great place to stay while visiting family. I had no significant complaints and forgot to mention our quibble(s) at checkout. They were a shower faucet that was hard to shut off completely. I just hate seeing the water waste. And I would still prefer to have a clock in the room and our room didn't have one. I have hip issues and thought the bed was nice and didn't make my situation worse. I liked having an upholstered chair, an office chair, and a bench/luggage rest as alternative seating options.

The stay was okay

Water was leaking from the bathroom ceiling, there was a tube sticking out from the ceiling in the shower, it was very loud.

Beautiful, updated, quiet convenient. Beds were comfortable, everything was clean

Stayed 2 nights. Room was modern &.clean. Lost power for several hours Saturday morning & thus, loss of elevator usage. Nice snack section at front desk. Clean pool & cool little bar & restaurant. Parking was an additional $15.00 per night. Deposit $50.00 per night. (Returnable).
