Room and staff were great. The pool is amazing!

The room had a mold smell to it, the bed had bloodstains on the pillow cover, the first night that we checked in they gave us a room key to our room. We opened it, and there was a family sleeping inside., that was scary, there are two babies, sleeping on a bed, and the mother and father and another bed, and they had not even noticed that we opened up their room. The bellboy ran to front desk to get it corrected, but I would hate to have been on the other side of that room.

I never write reviews but here I go…The room was severely neglected. No phone, nothing on the walls, absolutely no decor. Gnats on the counter. Water was barely warm so no hot showers. The ceiling leaked with the constant noise of running water over head. The first night we thought it was the rain but nope. This was the third time staying here over a period of 23 years. Sadly will not be staying here again.

The pool lounge chairs were very hard. The temperature control in the fridge was not working. The room was missing a cutting board but one was quickly brought to us. Facecloths were hard to come by. The pool was quiet and was a good size. The location was walking distance to the Golden Zone, shopping and restaurants.

Sink was no clean and clogged. Reported to front desk

This is older style Mazatlan rooms though well maintained. Employees were all friendly and wanted to meet you needs. Pool was excellent as was the poolside service znd ocean views. Very quiet..enjoyed our stay

Overall, good hotel hosted an event here and it was amazing. Beautiful view, great access to the beach. Wish they would have access to a fitness area/facility for guests to use daily.

The staff could have been more welcoming and directed us to our room. The room we got needed alot of upgrading. The room looked like it wasn't cleaned right and some linens and pillows where dirty.

Traveled with my family for one night. Our room flooded and our luggage got wet, they moved us into another room.

The hotel is nice from the outside I didn’t like the parking lot because is not in the hotel,you need to cross the road and is dangerous and is for two hotels,kitchen drawers were falling apart,the first day the bathroom didn’t have towels,they have too many rules,and some of the stuff in the front desk were rude,Imary was the only lady who was nice in the front desk,

Miss a lot of marks but if asked theyvare very responsive to your needs. Hotel is older in one of the best beach front areas in MZT. A plan to renovate would be beneficial for the hotel and quest. Attendent Carlos in the Vacation club area was super attentive to the guests needs. Hotel was quiet during my 3 weeks.. Could do with a better marketing plan to increase business. Better room deals would bring more people to the resort.
