Pool was full of palm leaves. Restaurant front of house staff for breakfast was very average.

Quite place out of town.

I loved my trip to Mackay and mostly because of the mantra. The food was amazing, do get the breakfast add on. It is worth it ! The hotel itself is stunning! But the best bit of it all were the staff. They were all so fabulous. Rachel, Rhianna and Monica you guys were the best. Thank you for everything

The staff and cleanliness was every professional,but maybe have a bit more to choose from dinner menu. Overall we had a good time

Clean rooms, beautiful outlook over the Marina. Its a bit out of town though and the property is a little dated now but still very clean and affordable.

The property is starting to get a bit old and some of the furniture may need replacing soon but it was clean, the staff was lovely and the location was gorgeous! Thank you for having us.

Nice view, bed very comfortable. Toilet very uncomfortable to sit on, walls were dirty, floor was sticky. For the price paid for 1 night 2pm to 10am so like most places not even 24hours the supplied condiments (chips, softdrink etc) was way to exepensive. Had to find alternate food/drink as theirs was closed. Ok stay but not again.

The restaurant was amazing, the menu was al a carte and the meals were absolutely divine... and don't get me started on the dessert menu!!

I’ve stayed here a number of times over the past 5-6 years & have never seen an establishment go downhill so quickly.
