Hotel was nice staff was nice and breakfast was really good the only thing we didn’t like was the lack of snacks and drinks in the venting machines I had to uber eat snacks from cvs to the hotel for myself and my husband other that that we had a great time

Okay, but I would not stay again

Every single staff member was kind and compassionate. The property was well kept. The rooms are quaint, clean and comfortable. Hallways and stairways clean and quiet. A little disappointed with the pool being closed, but understandable! Definitely will stay here again!

I was completely disappointed with the pool being closed permanently. I usually book there to go swimming with my daughter in the winter.

Nice staff who tried to help fix a billing error. Quiet and peaceful.

Vincent at the front desk was amazing. He helped us get into the new gym because the door wasn't working and then, we had to move rooms because of a flapping vent and he was very apologetic and quick. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The hotel is 100% smoke free. The breakfast was good. Lots of choices. The pool was closed. That's a bummer. Overall good stay. Would stay again.

I booked this hotel because it had a pool and hot tub. Unfortunately the note on the note on the door read “Pool closed until further notice”. Very disappointed. On the other hand, I left an electric toothbrush in the room when I checked out. I got a call that afternoon informing me of that. Fortunately I was still in the area and retrieved it the following day.

This is an inexpensive hotel, but exceeded my expectations with friendly staff and clean and bright rooms. Nicer than what I have experienced at this price in the past.

Property was clean and staff were very pleasant. The only reason why I picked this hotel because it was close to the concert venue plus was advertised as have a pool. When we got there was told immediately there was no pool. Had I knew that ahead of time I would never had booked a 3 night stay. False advertising and pictures online

Slow to get sausage and eggs replaced when it ran low or out.

Breakfast options mostly were good. Unfortunately we ended up having "Hash" as a breakfast meat four days in a row. Never any bacon, on occasion sausage. Variety is the spice of life. Hopefully this will help make your facility better.
